I really struggled with anxieties and depression this year mehn. I've always had anxiety attacks but this year's were crazier.
Grateful for friends and family❤️

I think it's very important to know when you're slipping or something is deeply wrong with you. Helps to find a solution faster
Especially with depression. Because you can literally be laughing, having fun, and not realize quickly that there's something wrong with you
