This whole conversation just reinforces my notion that not every form of casual dating is terrible or bad. Especially if you’re a woman with your own bread, the expectations around what most women expect from men, the whole “someone to bill” thing… If you don’t necessarily expect it, or if that’s not a big prerequisite for you and you simply want companionship, casual dating can be a good option for you. I mean, if you’re not necessarily at the stage where commitment is such a big thing for you, then why not? (And some may say this is me being woke; then so be it.)

I’m not saying go wh*re around. If there’s someone with whom you have mutual respect and understanding, and you’re not going to stay in a situation where you’re uncomfortable even for one bit, then fine. Because in the real sense, casual dating and what some people do in relationships are still the same thing, even with more heartache. I’m always going to stand on that. I’m sorry. 😭

Very scary. Like, yeah, who doesn’t want to be given free money? 😭 But I’m not going to pester anyone for it, or, worse, be so hung up on the idea of collecting money that I didn’t work for that I write to a podcast. Very razz.
The thought of being dependent on money from men actually terrifies me. Can’t believe this is what people aspire to💀
