Any smaller tech companies looking to get their financial operations in order? I’m open to new possibilities…
Javan is a gem of a human, and if you are looking to hire someone who is thoughtful, kind and smart, you should put his name at the top of your list. Working with him was a joy and I learnt so, so much.
Hi friends, I’ve had a nice long break and I’m ready to get back at it. If you’re familiar with my work and know of any interesting job openings that align, hit me up!

it's great to see more tech companies abandoning whiteboarding interviews. but you know what i'd really love to see? more companies adding a diversity + inclusion interview to their hiring practices.
just imagine the ways in which that single change could impact our workplaces.
I'm thinking about adding a section to my resume of questions I intend to ask at interview. Has anyone tried that approach before, and if so, how did it go?
Um, I'm a little overwhelmed by the sheer number of lovely messages and offers of support and help. I'm going to get back to all of you, but for now, thank you, you are lovely 💚
After 9 years, I said goodbye to Basecamp today. I'm looking for new adventures, likely in support, trust & safety, privacy or communications. My DMs are open, and my email is in my pinned tweet - I'd love it if you said hi 💚
I helped to write basecamp.com/about/policies/…. I'm proud of that work. The topics it covers are about as deep as topics get. We made a choice not to shy from doing the difficult work, to have the hard conversations. And we did them with kindness, and warmth, because they matter.
Jorge is too kind and too humble! This was such a solid base to work from. @jorgemanru do you think it would be helpful if I wrote about why I tweaked what I did?

"I love remote work but I miss the serendipitous moments in the office when I caught up with a coworker while getting coffee and had a breakthrough."
Okay, let's talk about this. Starting with:
Those weren't truly serendipitous moments 👇

Given recent events, the coming inauguration of the new US administration, and the role technology plays, we feel it's necessary to reiterate that Basecamp products are not to be harnessed for harm, whether mental, physical, personal or civic. Thoughts: m.signalvnoise.com/reiterati…
