It's dodgy as hell.
And quite a few Labour figures and bound up in Palantir's net

Of course he did. Palantir hired Tom Watson to schmooze his old pals. And he did.
There is no world in which Palantir helps boost "the UK's tech sovereignty". We need to know exactly how @YvetteCooperMP made this decision, based on what evidence & what data?
Palantir’s Tom Watson, ex-Labour MP, wrote to Yvette Cooper last month saying the controversial US company could help boost the UK’s tech sovereignty, letters show. Weeks later, sources say the UK is extending its NHS contract for two more years

So Palantir buying a Labour Lord was good value for their money after all.
Cash for access. Stinks.

LBC ‘s Ben Kentish says @zeteouk is “quickly becoming what many suspected it would.” Oh, yeah, Ben, what’s that then? You’ve switched off your replies so guess we’ll never know. BTW Kentish your “evidence” of ( one assumes antisemitism) is *you* slating a Jewish woman for interviewing a Jewish man about… antisemitism 🙄

The Bank of England has raised interest rates to 4%, supposedly to tackle inflation.
There is just one problem with this decision. The Bank knows that much of the inflation we are suffering is being driven by rising oil and energy prices, largely resulting from conflict in the Middle East.
It also knows that raising interest rates cannot reduce those prices.
So why is it doing this?
The answer is that the Bank believes it must suppress demand elsewhere in the economy to compensate for rising energy costs.
In other words, it is deliberately making mortgages more expensive, increasing business borrowing costs, discouraging investment and reducing household spending power.
And all this when people are already struggling with higher energy bills. That is problem number one.
There is, however, another problem. Higher interest rates increase costs for businesses, which can then feed through into higher prices. They can, in that case, add to inflation rather than reduce it.
The Bank is imposing economic pain to address a problem its chosen policy cannot directly solve.
That is not sound economic management. It is the consequence of an economic dogma that refuses to recognise the difference between inflation caused by excessive demand and inflation caused by supply shocks.
When will we learn?

It takes a certain type of brain rot and/or flagrant dishonesty to argue that a Jewish lawyer being interviewed by a Jewish journalist and praised by another Jewish journalist constitutes a campaign against Jewish children – but that's Ben Kentish for you!

He's just been charged with multiple counts of rape and offences involving indecent images of children.

Ben Kentish on LBC has just made this argument: essentially, "If I said Islam was violent, you'd have a problem with it, so you can't say Zionism is racist."
But this is a ridiculous false equivalence.
Islam is a religion. Zionism is a political ideology.
Saying "Islam is violent" is a sweeping claim about a religion and its followers.
Saying "Zionism is racism" is a claim about a political ideology. It does NOT mean every person who identifies as a Zionist is personally racist.
Conflating criticism of a political ideology with hatred of an entire religious group is intellectually dishonest.
He then goes on to say: "It is offensive." 🙄
Being offended by something doesn't make it wrong. And it certainly doesn't make it antisemitic.
Political ideologies do not get immunity from criticism simply because some people find that criticism offensive.

Don’t they realize that insisting Zionism is inherently connected with British Jews is actually “a cause” for antisemitism, not a way to “fight” it?

Several figures here aren’t federal results or NY-specific. The $472B combines US wide pledges: Micron's $250B is nationwide (NY site $100B) Anthropic's $50B covers TX and NY. The 48% murder drop is from NY's state run GIVE program (28 departments, Jan – May 2026).

The problem is not a pensioner or a young person looking for a job - the problem is wealth inequality.
We need a wealth tax. Now.
