1 in 6 people in England are affected by respiratory conditions. Last week, I attended the Taskforce for Lung Health’s ‘Breathing Life into the NHS’ report launch, where I heard from patients, clinicians, charities, researchers and industries about the urgent need for a national respiratory health plan. This is why I am joining them in calling for the introduction of a respiratory modern service framework, so that people in my constituency living with lung conditions will receive better care and support to manage their conditions. @lungtaskforce #TaskforceforLungHealth
