Tonight, we saw the real him again. My dad — frustrated, emotional, aware. He’s realising the extent of his hypoxic brain injury and how much he’s fighting to recover. He cried. We cried.
He’s in Liverpool. We live in Chester. We just want him home.

Though out August I will be swimming 100,000m for sudden cardiac arrest UK. ❤️🩹 As they’ve helped my family out so much since my dad had a SCA on his birthday 3 months ago.

Yay new awards for my swimmers and huge congratulations 🥳 to IJ from t5 at @HMillSchool for achieving their 1000m (60 lengths in a 20m pool!) she’s on 🔥 not far from a mile
Absolutely disgusting service from @AvantiWestCoast yesterday morning at 8:27 service. I booked with 2 disabled adults. I was accompanying. I couldn’t sit in my reserved seat with the 2 I was accompanying as two older people saying due to strikes they could sit anywhere.
My mum could hardly walk with her foot wearing a sunflower lanyard why we reserved at a table so she has the leg room to move around on a long distance journey
Been so impressed with the art talent from @HMillSchool still!! what I did and won in T1 (2002) and a T5 SW did within my care after school 🎨🖌️
