I'm sorry? Is the great "antivaxer" now "pro-vaccines"
Reporter: Has the war had an impact on your campaign at this point?
Staffer: We’re not going to talk about that.
Reporter: Mr. Secretary, do you believe that five deaths, potentially six, from measles in the state of Pennsylvania—
Staffer: We’re also not going to talk about measles.
Reporter: He’s the highest ranking health official in the country. He can answer that question. He’s a Cabinet secretary.
RFK JR: The measles outbreak is occurring because so many people went unvaccinated during the COVID pandemic. And this is something that Anthony Fauci, in fact, predicted

This community transformer racket has to stop completely. It is daylight robbery disguised as community self-help, and the regulatory double standard is sickening.
Look at how the power sector works in Nigeria:
When a community transformer blows up, the DisCo goes deaf. You write letters, make calls, and nothing happens. Six months down the line, residents are suffocating in darkness, small businesses are dying, and fuel prices are draining everybody's pockets.
Out of sheer desperation, landlords gather, task every household 50k, 100k, or more, and scrape together 5 to 8 million Naira to buy a brand new transformer, buy heavy copper cables, and pay for poles.
The moment that equipment is energized, the DisCo claims it as company property. They add it to their network balance sheet, and within two weeks, they start distributing Band A and Band B bills. If you do not pay, they disconnect you with the ladder leaning on the very pole you bought with your own sweat.
How can a private, for-profit utility company take free capital equipment from struggling citizens, pay zero interest, give zero equity, and then charge those same citizens full price to use it?
If NERC mandated that customers who pay upfront for meters under the MAP scheme must be refunded their money over time through energy credits, why does the exact same logic not apply to transformers?
A meter costs 100k to 150k and you refund it via monthly energy units.
A transformer costs 6 to 10 million Naira funded by an entire street, and you pretend it was a charitable donation to a private entity?
This injustice has to end.
If a community is forced to step in and buy infrastructure because a DisCo failed its obligations, NERC should make automatic amortization mandatory:
Every single household on that street that contributed to buying that transformer should have their meter credited with monthly energy units until the full cost of the asset, cables, and installation logistics is completely paid back.
You cannot let private DisCos enrich their asset portfolios with crowd-funded community blood and then charge those same people premium tariffs for power. If DisCos want to own the asset, they must refund the people who paid for it.
This lady is calling out these brands of drinks on TikTok. This is why there's a high rise in kidney diseases. Pls be careful what you give your kids and what you also consume. I am glad she didn't hide the names of these products.
I understand postnatal depression, I really do. But if somehow I had killed my children, I would want you to kill me directly.I don't think I would want this. This kind of support makes no sense. There's a fine line between understanding, empathising , supporting and encouraging
Look, this Nigeria is too much of a poor country to continue moving the way we are moving Isn't it illegal for people to make critical health care and life decisions for innocent children purely based on poverty. How can u abandon a newborn and refuse surgery because of porverty

Those who pray are aware of their own limitations; they do not kill or threaten with death. Instead, death enslaves those who have turned their backs on the living God, turning themselves and their own power into a mute, blind and deaf idol (Ps 115:4–8), to which they sacrifice every value, demanding that the whole world bend its knee. Enough of the idolatry of self and money! Enough of the display of power! Enough of war! True strength is shown in serving life. #Peace
I heard about the US travel advisory before I heard about the death of a Brigadier -General and his troops in Borno. Something is seriously broken about Nigeria and Nigerians
Human beings draw conclusions based on very little data. A father commented to someone that "they are doing the surgery on the passage". What was really happening: his child was being wrapped up before taking him into the theatre.Tomorrow he will say "I saw it with my own eyes
My husband will say "babe, I get gist for you!!!" And they say men don't like gossip🤣 I will just be looking at his friends some type of way...they don't know what I know
Two weeks into school resumption and this KG1 girl has already gone to shop for one exotic form of laryngitis. Now her teacher says 5 of them have it already. Are you sure children shouldn't just start school at 5; because at this point I'm exhausted
Politicians are a problem. We need to vote better.
Let's say Nigeria is the poverty capital of the world, we don't have money to improve the system...so why make it worse.
Years ago, Edo State government banned commercial motorcycles. Since then, road traffic accidents reduced
Saw four emergencies over the weekend as a result of road traffic accident.
Two had insane cranial fracture and most likely basal skull fractures.
I referred them.
Turned out the neurosurgeon in the referral centre is on sabbatical leave.
Heard they were referred out of the state.
Heard they both did not make it.
In saner climes, they would probably have made it with urgent trauma and neurosurgical.
One idiot like that is saying it's only the scum of medical school that are in Nigeria.
You people have no idea how terrible the healthcare system is.
Recently a cardiothoracic surgeon died because he was the only ct trauma surgeon in the state.
Anyway, you can hate doctors as much as you like, but if you don't hold your politicians, more people will die that shouldn't have.
And please and please drive safely.
I once asked a patient
Me: "What complaint made you bring your child today".
Her: "Aren't you the doctor, are you not supposed to tell me"
Me: oh, not the diagnosis, what is wrong
Her: we are saying the same thing. We went on for 20mins
I'm still confused to this day😒
Interesting case for Paediatric surgery enthusiasts. Notice a blind ending pouch in the upper neck, but the stomach and intestines are distended with gas... Likely Oesophageal atresia with tracheoesophageal fistula. The stomach is distended a bit too much, suggesting the child 1w – at Benin-City, Nigeria

The company hired me to lead their "Agile Transformation."
I don't know what Agile means.
Nobody does.
That's why it works.
I make $425,000 a year.
To move sticky notes.
From left to right.
On a board.
The board is digital now.
The sticky notes cost $80,000 in Jira licenses.
Progress.
Day one, I said "we need to break down silos."
Everyone nodded.
Silos are bad.
I don't know why.
But destroying them is a career.
My career.
I introduced "squads."
Squads are teams.
But disrupted.
We disrupted the teams into teams.
Different names.
Same people.
Same problems.
But Agile problems now.
Agile problems are strategic.
A senior engineer asked what we're actually changing.
I said, "The mindset."
He asked what that means.
I said, "It's a journey."
He asked where we're going.
I said, "Toward agility."
He asked what agility means.
I pointed at the sticky notes.
They were moving left to right.
That's velocity.
We have velocity now.
The VP of Engineering said two-week sprints don't fit their work.
I said, "That's waterfall thinking."
Waterfall is bad.
Like silos.
I don't know what waterfall is.
But I know it's bad.
She stopped talking.
Waterfall accusations end conversations.
We had a retrospective.
In the retro, we discussed what went wrong.
Everything went wrong.
We put it on sticky notes.
Then we moved the sticky notes.
Into a column called "Parking Lot."
The Parking Lot is where problems go to die.
It's full.
We don't look at it.
That's agile.
Velocity is up 40%.
I defined velocity.
I also defined the points.
I also defined the stories.
We're crushing it.
At the things I made up.
To measure.
Ourselves.
The CEO asked for ROI.
I showed a chart.
The chart went up.
Charts should go up.
This one did.
I didn't label the Y-axis.
Nobody asked.
Leadership is confidence.
We do standups now.
Every day.
We stand.
For 45 minutes.
Standing is agile.
Sitting is waterfall.
My legs hurt.
But we're transforming.
The transformation is now "Phase 3."
Phase 1 was assessment.
Phase 2 was implementation.
Phase 3 is "continuous improvement."
Continuous means forever.
Forever means job security.
I'm very secure.
My contract was extended.
Three more years.
For "cultural impact."
The culture is confused.
But impacted.
Agile transformation isn't about being agile.
It's about transforming.
Continuously.
Toward more transformation.
The destination is the journey.
The journey is billable.
Did you guys know you can assess the Federal High court and process simple things like affidavits online. And they reply you in minutes. I just did!👍🏻 Whoever thought this up and is running it, Kudos!!! I'm so proud...this is the way to go Nigeria – at Oluku, Nigeria
