Today Apple announced 3 new features that I led software development for: Wrist Temperature & Ovulation Estimates for Apple Watch, and Cycle Deviation Detection for iOS. All designed with privacy at their core. Congrats to the amazing team who made these possible! #AppleEvent

I want a calling in life as strong as the person rewiring my braces today, she told me she went there for her own braces, realised "I just love teeth!", got a job cleaning, is now qualified to "be closer to teeth every day!" and then excitedly showed me her photo gallery of teeth

Swift regret: operator function lookup rules
This is a situation where Swift started with a very expressive model that had some quirks, as well as poor compiler performance. Unwilling to sacrifice expressivity, we traded some quirks for others and got slightly better perf. :-/

How to file great bug reports:
1. Provide context (title, description, expectation vs actual behavior, reproduction steps, screenshots/video of issue)
2. Install debug profiles and gather (sysdiagnose, trace, spindump) logs.
3. Create a sample project.
