It’s a rollercoaster, and just as exhilarating as the real thing. I’m finally enjoying life again after thinking there was no future for a very long time. Anyway, hope to see you soon

I picked this up in a charity shop. It’s a great read for those of us of a certain age. Highly recommended!

On the way to Bath for a night out. Bought a new guitar today!

I’m trying to get back to cooking again after a year of ready meals and pub food. Paella is first up.

Cycled into work for the first time from Eastleigh. Got a bit of fire in the thigh muscles at some points. Tried not to use the battery much. Now I need to get access to the bike sheds - it’s a very expensive bike!

The mid-life crisis is in full flow!

Just doing the Trago Lounge pub quiz with @skemp_esd. I think we’re doing ok at the half time interval.

Doing some hands on microscale chemistry for primary school pupils at #safeconf23 @SFEd_RSC @CLEAPSS

At the O2 Academy to see the Inspiral Carpets! In my defence, there’s a 12 year old here wearing a Carpets T-shirt - still relevant in the 2020s!
