HR: Employees need to provide evidence to support their medical absence
Doc: Here's a letter from me stating she's following my medical advice plus she has over 900 sick bank hours
HR: Nope
Doc: We anticipate her return to work will be this date and these will be the accommodations needed for the first 2-4 weeks
HR: We need a firm plan
Me: We have a weekly appointment to monitor but this is the plan for now
HR: It needs to be more firm. Then you can change it.
