How to actually hollow out your cheeks, in a way nobody talks about. You can have strong cheekbones, low body fat, and still have chubby cheeks. The way you swallow could be part of the reason. Here's what you need to know. #mewing #hollowcheeks #tongueposture #orthotropics

zero point in arguing with anyone about your vision for life. simply execute and when it starts to come to fruition, they will start to understand, but never go after something to gain the understanding of others.

👉 Why EZ Water 💦 Matters! 🧲 EZ water compresses mitochondrial membranes to keep cytochromes close, enabling optimal electron tunneling. Bulk water expands cytochrome spacing, disrupting Marcus kinetics causing electron leaks, biophoton loss & mitochondrial dysfunction 💥

Look at this chart. These are American residency programs. Red = foreign resident doctors. Grey = Americans. Some hospitals are almost 100% foreign. A lot of these doctors came in on visas. Some have been tied to fake credentials and USMLE cheating scandals. I pay the premiums. I wait months to be seen. Taxpayer-funded Medicare GME money(over $21 billion a year) is training these foreign doctors instead of Americans. And I DO NOT even trust these doctors ! Why should we keep funding this?

The cinnamon in your cabinet is almost certainly cassia, which is a different plant. Real cinnamon, the kind sold as Ceylon or true cinnamon, comes from Cinnamomum verum and it's grown mostly in Sri Lanka. Nearly everything sold in America as cinnamon is cassia, one of 3 related species grown in Indonesia, China and Vietnam. FDA does not require the label to tell you which one is in the jar, so most of the time it just says cinnamon. You can tell them apart by looking at a stick. Cassia is one thick hard curl of bark that you could hit someone with. Ceylon is thin and layered like a cigar and it crumbles when you press it. They don't taste the same. Cassia is hot and aggressive and it's what American baked goods are built around. Ceylon is lighter and more floral. A small jar of it costs 3 to 4 times as much per ounce as regular cinnamon, but buy it in a bag and it's about the same price. McCormick's regular cinnamon is harvested in Indonesia, which makes it cassia. Their gourmet jar is Saigon cinnamon from Vietnam, and that's cassia too.

On the topic of splitting up the MMR vaccine into 3 separate vaccines, everyone should know that in 2012, two Merck virologists came forward and explained that around 2005 when Merck sought to change the label on its MMR vaccine and approval for ProQuad (a combination MMR and varicella vaccine), it “falsely certified as having an efficacy rate that is significantly higher than it actually is.” (Complaint ¶ 1.) As detailed in the whistleblower lawsuit, Merck obtained a license for its mumps vaccine in 1967. (Comp. ¶ 16.) In the late 1990s, to obtain approval for ProQuad and change the label on its MMR vaccine, Merck needed to reconfirm its claims of efficacy for its mumps vaccine made thirty years prior. (Comp.. ¶ 22.) Merck’s virologists working on testing the efficacy of the mumps vaccine revealed that after Merck could not demonstrate a 95% efficacy for its mumps vaccine, the results were simply fraudulently falsified to achieve this result. (Comp. ¶¶ 15-131.) As explained by Merck’s virologists, Merck took blood samples pre-vaccinated with the mumps vaccine and then exposed them to the mumps virus. (Comp. ¶¶ 25-28.) When a test against a live strain of mumps would not yield a 95% efficacy, Merck tried to improperly obtain this rate using an attenuated strain of the mumps virus. (Comp. ¶¶ 29-30.) When this still would not achieve 95% efficacy, Merck tried different virus dilutions, different straining procedure, and even more liberal antibody counting techniques. (Comp. ¶¶ 31-32.) The Merck lab even improperly added animal antibodies to the blood samples and still could not achieve a 95% efficacy rate. (Comp. ¶¶ 33-39.) When it was clear that even improper testing techniques could not produce the desired result, the test reports were simply falsified. (Comp. ¶¶ 40-51.) According to the Merck virologists, to document the desired efficacy rate, Merck destroyed result sheets and falsified various documents. (Id.) The Merck virologists claim this fraud was done with the direct authority and approval of Merck’s senior management. (Comp. ¶¶ 52-58.) Now you know. This may explain why outbreaks of mumps still regularly occur in highly vaccinated populations. See, e.g.: cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/65/wr/m…(317 cases; 89% had received at least 2 MMR doses); cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/67/wr/m…(281 cases; high two-dose coverage among university-affiliated cases, with community spread); cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/66/wr/m…(301 student cases; all patients with complications had received at least 2 doses); cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/66/wr/m…(42 cases; all patients had ≥2 documented MMR doses; campus two-dose coverage exceeded 99%); cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtm…(29 cases; 76% had received the recommended 2 dose); cdc.gov/mumps/outbreaks/inde…(CDC: “experts aren’t sure why vaccinated people still get mumps…). The most important type of intelligence assessment is telling the difference between a surface appearance of intellectualism, and the actual capability to understand complex relationships between cause and effect. Because it's easy to spot when someone is dumb. What's harder to discern is when someone is pretending to punch above his weight class. Go watch a recorded speech given by Barrack Obama, or Christopher Hitchens. If you don't listen carefully, you could easily be fooled into thinking these men were intelligent. They speak in ways that sound like how smart people speak. But, for a moment, imagine you were to take the ideas in their eloquent speeches, and restate them using the phraseology and vocabulary of a stereotypical construction worker... would either of them still appear intelligent? No. They would not. The ideas, stripped bare of rhetorical frills and fancy presentation, reveal themselves as simple restatements of bumper-sticker level political and social commentary. You see, plenty of people are clever enough to watch the habits of genius and imitate them. But geniuses are not geniuses because they are eloquent. They are eloquent because they are geniuses. Eloquence, and other such habits, are a side effect of genius, not its essential nature. The side effects of genius can be imitated with study. The core functions cannot. Because anyone who can is, by definition, a genius. And now, for those of you who have been more patient with me than I deserve, and are still following along, we have at last arrived at a general principle we can use. If you want to know how truly intelligent someone is, take him out of his comfort zone. Make him do something new, learn something he's never learned, try a skill he's never practiced, solve a problem he has never faced before. How does he adapt? How does he think? How does he learn? Without his thousands of hours of practice, without all his familiar tools neatly stashed in his comfort zone, a man is forced to fall back on who he is, on the genetic recipe that makes him. This doesn't mean that he will make no mistakes, or that he will magically know what he could only learn from experience. But it means that he will learn quickly, understand each mistake as soon as he makes it, and never make the same error twice. This is why we prize genius. Not because it speaks pretty words or covers whiteboards in complex mathematically formulae, but because genius learns. And then genius teaches. Genius captures knowledge from the world for the rest of humanity. So if you want to spot it, ignore the habits, ignore the frills and tells and tics, and watch how it engages with the unfamiliar.
in your experience, how can you tell when someone is really smart?

Your 99% pure tested Epitalon is probably bunk Especially if it didn't have the typical effects A LOT of the epitalon from chinese suppliers is epitalon trifluoroacetate This is what the manufacturers apparently made a bunch of and are trying to push 40% of the molecule is TFA, it makes epitalon partially misfolded, and it has some toxic properties Now the anecdotes people have shared make more sense If you are a company selling epitalon, you need to ask your chinese sales rep for the following: - Epitalon ACETATE - No TFA, not even trace - Sequence: H-Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly-OH - Anion exchange HPLC - >98% purity by analytic RP-HPLC UV - ESI-MS Confirmation - Net peptide content from AAA, not inferred from gross weight - Ion chromatography with conductivity detection (TFA reported as % w/w and molar equivalents; must be below quantitation limit or absent) - water content - shipping at -20° C with photoprotectant containers Now the fucked up part is they'll still scam you, so you have to confirm all that yourself too Does Finnrick do all of that? No. Does Janoshik? No. That's an issue. At the very LEAST, you need IC counter ion analysis in addition to the standard hplc uv, or else you'll NEVER DISTINGUISH ACETATE FROM TFA AND THATS A HUGE PROBLEM LMFAO For actual research grade (or pharma lmao) epitalon that would have been used in Khavinsons labs, the minimum panel would be: RP-HPLC-UV (purity) + ESI-MS (identity) + AAA (composition) + IC (counter-ion) + elemental N analysis (net content), chiral HPLC (ensure no D contamination) and a TRAP assay(if you reallywanna be legit)

Fauci's diary entry for May 21, 2020 is one of the most grotesque documents you will ever read. It opens with the mounting Covid death toll and people dying across the country, then abruptly pivots into an extended exercise in self-congratulation about his newfound fame. How was someone so profoundly narcissistic ever allowed to accumulate so much power and rise so high? Completely unreal.

I told the world this 3 years ago.
50 years later, the CDC admits the polio vaccine was tainted with SV40, a cancer-causing virus from monkey cells. Up to 30 million Americans received it. ‘Coincidentally,’ cancer rates exploded in the following decades. But today’s vaccines? Totally safe, they promise. The pattern is clear … The exact number of people exposed worldwide is unknown but likely tens of millions … 🌎 • In the 1950s–early 1960s, millions of doses of polio vaccine (both injected and oral) were contaminated with SV40, a virus from monkey kidney cells used to grow the vaccine. • The CDC estimates 10–30 million Americans received SV40-contaminated polio vaccine. • SV40 has been found in certain human cancers (brain, bone, lung, etc.), but the CDC and most official sources say the evidence does not prove it causes cancer in humans — though some studies show conflicting results and more research is needed. The contamination was discovered in 1960, but contaminated lots continued to be used for a while after that.

Massachusetts leads the country in housing vouchers and housing prices. Vouchers do not create new housing supply; they mean more competition for scarce apartments, which keeps rents high and raises the floor on what landlords can charge. #1 in Vouchers & #1 in Housing Prices
Massachusetts is #1 in federally funded Section 8 vouchers. Add another 2,500 MA households using state funded vouchers. 3.5% of MA households are using vouchers — 1 in 29 households.

Stop calling into The Ramsey Show with questions about how to handle your $7.4 million 401(k) in your final ten years of life. “Should we go to Italy or keep saving??? We’re 78 years old!” Nobody tunes in for success stories. I want complete devastation. I need a guy making $16/hr as a part time YMCA pool lifeguard with 5 kids and a wife who just bought a 2026 Yukon Denali at 21% and now has a $1,400 monthly payment. I need a 50 year old dad on his third marriage who just took out a HELOC to fund his third wife’s grown daughter’s wedding with Jimmy the local tattoo artist who “promises” to pay it back. I need Denise who took a $400,000 SBA loan for her Etsy candle brand that does $6 in revenue. No one cares about your social security or pension or your rental property capital gains questions. I want carnage. Feed me.

In 1968, researchers ran the largest randomised trial ever done on saturated fat. Over 9,000 people in Minnesota state hospitals were split between animal fat and corn oil for years. The corn oil group’s cholesterol dropped hard. The full results never got published. The raw data sat on magnetic tapes in a basement for over forty years. A researcher named Christopher Ramsden tracked those tapes down in 2013 and ran the numbers the original team never released. For every 30 point drop in cholesterol, death risk rose 22 percent. The lower the cholesterol fell, the faster people died. In the over 65s, each drop of roughly half a point on the cholesterol scale carried a 35 percent higher death risk within two years. The trial is real. It was double blind. It was the gold standard design. And it found the exact opposite of what dietary guidelines were about to be built on. It sat unpublished for over forty years while the low fat, high vegetable oil advice became national policy. This was not a small study lost in the noise. It was the largest of its kind. And the finding that mattered most never reached a single doctor’s desk for four decades.
