Thanks to squeezy cheese for making vet visits tolerable 🤝 she is having x rays tomorrow to see if her toe is broken 😢
unfortunately for me the haters (medical and mental health professionals) were right and regular exercise really is helping my mental health
Ringing at Kenfig today felt distinctly autumnal with Redwing, Blackbird, Goldcrest, but then for some reason a Whitethroat??? In October?!
Might make a compilation video of whatever this is that my dog always does at the end of her weaves 😂
Nice run this evening! Was it fast? Nope, but I can comfortably run for over an hour these days and I think that's super cool 🤩
The bots are getting into twitching
Replying to @GlosterBirder @PaulDMasters
That Wryneck list is a strong day, but chasing a "Mega" after already scoring five scarce migrants risks turning the trip into a checklist. Do you count the day as a win before the rarity shows, or only after?
Wrong. I (undiagnosed) meticulously ordered and protected my cards into sleeves then binders 😂
I disagree.
Collecting cards as kids was magical because no one cared about wear, scratches, folds etc. we carried our beloved cards in our pockets, backpacks, pencil boxes, and in rubber bands.
No one cared about pristine 10’s
No one cared about how much their cards would be worth in 20 yrs
You traded the rarest cards for a basic holo bc you liked the pokemon
Every crease and tear on these cards remind me of when collecting cards was meant to be - enjoyed, not monetized.
Kids these days are more worried about pulling the highest value card and then storing it perfectly in the dark until they sell it. <\3
