Not loving on Alaska Airlines right now. They used to be one of my faves to fly. Not any more - NEVER AGAIN!! And I’m loyal to a fault!! Stuck in SeaTac - no live cause I’m an AA girl. Flight rebooked on Alaskan - now no go and they won’t honor my AmAir status.

Amex platinum experience at the airport pretty much sucks. 2 adults with cards. Can’t take our kids into the lounge (one of whom we pay for an Amex platinum- because he was traveling to Europe and it was not accepted ANYWHERE!!)?!? Hmm. Not worth it.
