Such positivity, fantastic thought-provoking discussions, as well as amazing network building opportunities today - I so enjoyed presenting with @drkirstyshaw about our work on leadership and employability training for students at the #LTconference23 @McrMetLEED #manmetproud
Todays inaugural #LTconference23 by @McrMetLEED was really inspiring. @lintonmicro and I presented our work on leadership training to improve students confidence and career aspirations, and had some great discussions with staff across the uni. Nice goodie bags too!

Great to be involved in this work with Steph Valentin and Nick Sculthorpe on injury prevention programmes across a range of sports. IPPs reduce injury by 29% regardless of age and sex, but not if they are unsupervised.
