🏃We’ve partnered with @Sport_England to produce a report on the value of sport and activity in the UK – calculated at an impressive £107.2 billion a year.
🚴♂️ The value is made up of £10.5 billion in savings in health and social care, and £96.7 billion in wellbeing value from adults and children taking part in physical activity.
🗣 “This research builds on previous social value studies we have carried out for Sport England, by measuring a greater number of health outcomes and valuing sport and physical activity for different groups in society.” - @DrLarissaDavies
