made my first $1,000,000 in 2.5 months so far ecom has been one of the best things that happened to me in past 3 years and the life made me learn 3 HUGE lessons, while the last one is the most painful. but without mastering those, it would never be possible 1. giving over getting this is so fucking simple but yet most of us are too focused on gaining something from this life (like wealth, respect etc.) while forgetting the simple fundamental of why such things even happen... it's all about genuine value that you give to the world very simple ➑️ people are ready to give you something ONLY if they believe that you or whatever you have to offer is more valuable to them than the price that you ask for it. and it comes down to things like money, time and relationships every single time 2. every lock has a key to it at this point, i don't care about whatever downfall happens to me, i believe that 99% of bad scenarios always have the way to the victory as long as i put my mind to it. and whenever i face some sort of threat, i always think about this image (spolier: there is almost always something you can do) 3. NEVER ever get comfortable i built my first ever "serious" business in 2020 when i was 17, with around 9 employees working with me for over 2 years straight and i thought i figured it out... up until 2022 when it all crashed and all because i was not "prepared" for the war, took a huge L to the chin and started thinking that war was the reason i failed bullshit. if i were to simply push harder and be smarter during these 2 years, idk if i would even start ecom now πŸ˜‚ this is why now. every single day i have a fear of not pushing hard enough. this feeling that im not producing enough output never leaves me and i don't event want to fix this mindset. but let it be so. anyways, ask me anything

i just wanna drop it here and say it's all very possible it's worth it not sleeping well for a while it's worth it getting your "routine" fucked up sometimes it's worth it not talking to your family as often as you should during this phase it's worth it filtering some people out of your life you can't afford spraying your output as much as you think you can because it all comes down to your time you will never get it back, so make sure you give it all as early as you can ...before you see your parents getting older and older and making you regret not producing enough output in the past this is just the beginning for me and this number is tiny in comparison to what's possible but i want to make sure that my every single post on this platform provides some sort of value to people and opens the minds a little bit look EXTREMELY carefully at what you produce and make sure it gets better at least by 1% every single day there is no way to not print nowadays just put in the work ❀️

january 2025 >>> $500k cleared βœ… my BEST month so far and it wouldn't be possible without these things: 1. TAM is everything i don't target a specific narrow niche. instead, i target multiple problems but one of them is SO big that i can do it for decades (for example = lack of sleep) 2. simplifying everything around when i first started, my issue was that i was trying to overanalyse and look for a perfect shot. if you look deeper, it was actually me being fucking lazy because i was afraid to look dumb in case of loss. (in 2024 i tested over 40 products and cut 20+ of them at 1.5 roas😭😭😭) so now, the goal is to always simplify my thoughts and entire process. to do this, i like to think of desired outcome and then just reverse engineer what EXACTLY needs to be done for it. the just do it lol 3. maximum impact instead of just volume game whenever i test ads, no matter what kind of content it is, i make sure that it makes me curious about the product. that it understands my problems (as if i were a customer) and keeps my eyes glued to the screen) and here is the proof: 4. ALWAYS keep scaling and optimizing the main thing here is to NOT become complacent with a specific number and to always keep pushing. there's never too much success at this game. the more i learn about ecom, the more i realize that i am just a beginner. 5. hiring this was such a HUGE moment for me once i realized that i don't need to reply to every customer, i don't need to edit videos and i can just spend more time thinking. thank you @cjfeth and @ecom_mete. you literally drilled it into my head. 7. AOV aftersell allowed me to raise my AOV by 10% which is still VERY FAR from good but it must be improved after CNY (because then i can have more SKUs instead of one). BUT it already had a great impact on my margins. 8. CRO in ads this is such an interesting topic, but I have noticed that pushing more social proof and objection handling into my ads comments worked very well baset on post purchase survey and overall CVR increase. a lot of stuff that worked for me is also just implementing tips from twitter. pushingπŸ”

crazy... i've never experienced such RPV before went from $8k days to $20k days WITHOUT changing the budgets much all i did is i launched a new batch of ads that immediately took over the spend from the old winner and all the other ads all in one CBO. when i look at this ad from a customer perspective, i understand why it works it's authority + advice + relatable UGC + strong CTA and a strong hook with 75% hook rate that PERFECTLY relates to the customer avatar i pray for the backend to hold strong thoughπŸ™

finally a 20K day on this store πŸ† here is what helped us to get here, but before, a quick recap on what's been happening since the start ⏲️ november 2024 1. started testing, first i took a proven offer + proven ads to validate it but the approach to the ads was not straightforward i looked up affiliate videos with LOW view count but the ones that were checking these boxes: - does it have a good story base? - does it talk about problems GENUINELY? - does it feel not too salesy? then, i simply edited the videos to make them less boring and more fast paced for maximized brain rot. 2. got a payments ban because of bad reputation with the previous product, so had to relaunch everything with a new domain and new store. ⏲️ december 2024 this month it was simply ads, learning and split-testing. 1. now i have my original, higher converting offer and some new insights into what works now for my audience in terms of creatives 2. then i got a ban on meta, but fresh ads and ad account solved the issue 3. started building a moat 4. also got scammed by shipping line on 332 orders, but we are back. ⏲️ 1st week of 2025 this year started INSANELY good ads are cooking, team looks strong and we are on the right track. the only thing that's ABSOLUTELY COOKED is emails deliverability. hopefully it recovers soon. but overall what REALLY helped me is - disappearing and living alone so that i could build - often doing the opposite of what 99% of people do - claude 😘 - testing variables - non-stop learning and applying it - getting rid of low leverage tasks asap (SO UNDERRATED) thanks and feel free to ask anything

i had 20+ competitors on the same product on fb before i started running it but i knew i could 100% make it work because comp actually helps. they're literally paying for my ad costs and i pay for theirs i learned that customer needs ~7 touchpoints before buying, so when my creative hits, it acts as mof/bof which gives a good head start but to have a creative edge, here’s what i found that works for me rn: - mixing viral clips (they must be related to the audience) + direct response style, all based on audience research - some rage bait, which makes people feel smart in comments (can be even a little detail in the video), but i’m not sure if it's a huge needle mover, just fun also because the original product+packaging were ripped and i wanted to differentiate myself from all dropshippers asap - i got a new sexy custom packaging and today i ran split test vs old ugly packaging: - old: 6.16% cvr - new: 2.2% cvrπŸ’€ so now i’m working on making new packaging as a selling point because it's way more cohesive with brand identity i feel like customers who saw the old packaging before, need to get that β€˜aha’ moment when seeing a new packaging on the website. they must feel that it’s actually something NEW and BETTER so plan is to keep reverse engineering what works for others, build the system out of it and grow will keep updated🫑

i made a decent amount of cash with a weird gimmicky product in September as a result i: - quit university - finally disappeared, no socials - studied direct response - started building a proper brand the product that allowed me such freedom also had a flipside: - my ID is banned from Shopify Payments - banned from PayPal (8 year old acc) all because i scaled too fast with a weak backend but there is always a way and a lesson behind it... now i'm very excited about the new brand as it's already generated more cash than the previous one and i didn't even introduce MRR yet (it's a consumable product). the reason because i was using JS Express for all of my orders to US and they somehow managed to take on average A MONTH for my orders to be delivered don't use them guys... but now testing out a shipper called SFYD, which is more expensive but looks better so far also moving stock to USA and most likely will use Amazon MCF as a 3PL as they seem to have the best shipping network very happy to get back on the platform and share everything i learned and what works for me right now '2025' sounds sexy, so let's crush it❀️‍πŸ”₯

the amount of focus, work, creativity, drive and all good stuff i got JUST by being less on social media lately is unmatched. it’s extremely easy to get into mental masturbation by consuming content EVEN IF YOU BELIEVE it’s useful. nothing ever compares to pure output and actually living your life.

"drop your old friends and LOCK IN" bro, if you consider yourself a good marketer and your friends have enough IQ, then you can just push your vision and literally change their lives both of my close friends were content with their 9-5 lifestyle until i started sending them screenshots of 10k days and my first 100k month. they realised that there is more to achieve in this life AND IT'S RIGHT HERE TO TAKE now they are extremely hungry and disciplined. they know it will be hard, but it will be something huge, i literally feel it. take care of your people

just took the biggest leap of my life and absolutely burnt the bridges background: in 2022, when the war started, my family and I lost our businesses and finance i went to Switzerland and enrolled the university, sold myself an idea that it would save my future i spent almost 3 years there until i slapped myself and realised that it is not the life i used to live and it doesn't match my perception i wanted that feeling of pure freedom like it was before 2022 therefore, last Sunday i quit the university (makes no sense because I already have a degree) and decided to go all in with business and of course exactly during this time i got all possible challenges that fell upon my way maybe 3 years ago i would stress because of it, but thanks to the fact that i spent last 2 years frequently being alone training my mind to always think logically, i don't feel anything at all it's just a part of the game. 'problems' will only get bigger overtime, so i refuse to cope the ONLY way to win here is to understand that the solution is always here and in most cases extremely simple am i alive? is my family ok? yes. there are just two major principles that i ALWAYS keep repeating in my mind: - all the time asking myself: 'is it necessary?' - staying disciplined and honest with my goal a lot of things remain untold, but it's going to be a fun end of 2024, kill it guys πŸ‘€

this september was huge ATH $40k profit met a couple of really incredible people the biggest lesson that month was to not overcomplicate things there's so much shit happening around us that wants our attention but it all doesn't matter, we are building also having this weird feeling 24/7 that i'm not doing enough, but i like it anyways, i wish you all finish this year as you project it in your mind

after talking to people who operate on a completely different level in business (8-9 figures net worth), i got a reality check that my problems and especially input was a complete joke the way they think and where they put their focus is completely different, but simple once you zoom out and it's not that far as it seems when you imagine it they are masters in building impactful systems that can run without their involvement a lot of people think that if they grind hard, their results have to pay off - BULLSHIT it's impossible to pack all of it in one tweet and not to make it boring, but the idea is that you have to know EXACTLY what drives the business effort must be put towards tasks that generate the most results this is the reason why you see people preaching 80/20 rule - it fucking works the plan has to be: reverse engineer your desired result => map out the critical tasks => assign them to the right people with the right skills however, none of it happens without deep, almost obsessive mastery of the one core skill that drives the business because without that, how do you know if someone’s doing the job right or just fucking around with you? in order to filter through the bullshit, you have to develop an intuition backed up by shit ton of failures and wins, so that you can hire right people and align them perfectly with your vision

a very paradox thing but it works all the time in order to achieve literally anything, you don't need the advice of others. you don't need to ask anyone if you should try this new thing or not the universe simply hates needy people data is the key here look back in history there is always some sort of data that might give you a hint of what will happen next the one who masters the data, doesn't need to ask people for advice. the blueprint is already here. it only needs to be applied.

i will always stay hungry, because i love seeing my people getting what i believe they deserve it also just feels good when you know that you can make someone's life better nothing materialistic brings as much joy and fulfilment as helping people by the result of your grind - customers enjoy your product/service and stick to you - you book the dream trip for your mother and she's happy - your friend went from being broke and purposeless to now also living a free life - nobody controls your time but YOU etc. all these things 100% worth the hustle we all got just one shot here...

one side of me says me 'WTF ARE YOU DOING' for the fact that I stopped running a product that brought me $40k in profit in 2 weeks. consistent 4-5 ROAS on scale... it's not worth the fact that the product was incredibly fragile and it came absolutely destroyed to thousands of customers even though my agent covers the costs, It still takes a ton of precious time to sort everything out. and time is something you never want to waste on low-impact stuff instead, i am taking the lesson and running up other stores with the profits from this one. i MUST have a proper evergreen brand this Q4 plan is to build a solid customer base to feed them with good things during Q1-Q2 but i shouldn't limit myself. i can build systems that will allow me create multiple of those. game continues🫑
