Had to pull back budget at scale way too many times from running low on stock So we built a dashboard that does our inventory forecasting for us & only took a few hours with claude code What it pulls in: - daily stock burn (shopify) - units needed for rebills over the next 30 days (loop) - current stock sitting in the 3PL's - lead times (factory + transit) Then you plug in the revenue you want to hit over the next 30/60/90 days & it reverse engineers: - how much to order - when to order - the exact date you run out if you do nothing When it triggers a reorder it pings my supply chain manager on slack & they place the PO with the factory No brainer to get this in place if you plan on aggressive scale this Q4 Even more important if you use US 3PL's so you can avoid shipping anything by air ($$$) Very costly mistake if you don't manage correctly

if you are a DR ecom chad scaling to 100k+ days and you aren't using @vantagehubai then you're playing the game on hard mode
if i can’t hit 100k days with this setup i might actually be the problem connected codex to @VantageHubAI, my Meta ad account and Google Docs. fed it all my brand research, customer research and post purchase data. built 10+ skills i can mix and match for different types of research, ad breakdowns, scripts and briefs. the screenshot is one part of the top of funnel research. looking at high performing brands, taking their top 10 ads by impressions and breaking down the underlying structures, hooks and ad types. this analysis covered 92 ad groups across 31 brands. 37 used the same underlying sales structure. the process is basically: research → what other brands’ top ads are doing → why it works → how to apply it to my brand → turn it into actual concepts, scripts and editor briefs → get the ads made and launched → pull the performance back from Meta → new learnings, new hypotheses, next batch now finishing those feedback loops so everything we learn feeds into what we make next. having the customer research, competitor ads, original briefs and actual results all connected is where this shit gets ridiculous. 100k days with me, a few good editors and a backend that can handle it. that’s the goal. @cjfeth vantage mcp is fucking cracked once you start building proper workflows around it. follow and reply if you want the entire setup. if enough people want it i’ll get codex to package everything up and make it easy for anyone to set up themselves.

Most creative strategists will be obsolete soon You’re paying a CS $8k/month + % of ad spend for 10/15 concepts weekly, and their concepts are often made with weaker AI workflows than you already have Ok sure, you could give them all the workflows or access to an internal OS but then the need for them is even less At this point, it only makes sense to go for the top 1% and pay a premium. Someone who is AI native, can bring/build better systems & implement into the biz & can operate as a leader & have full responsibility for the creative pipeline/team/hiring etc, The rest will all be weeded out in the next 6 months.
Was hiring for more creative strategist roles the past month & just completely pulled the plug on it You don’t realize how capable AI is at replacing roles and decreasing your opex until you go deep into the trenches & move away from just using an LLM within your browser Now we’re pushing out 100+ net new concepts per week with an agentic workflow that runs on our own internal operating system which uses a combination of cron jobs & custom skills that creates ads that are now out performing our existing strategists ads & are now some of our top spenders The total operating cost atm is within the $4k range for this current output which is less than what I pay as a base salary for a strategist. Plus I get more output, don’t have to manage an additional team member, don’t have to deal with distruptions if they leave & don’t have to pay out any bonuses. A few things to take from this: - If you’re a brand owner, don’t neglect AI & spend the time to go deeper - If you’re a creative strategist, see this as an opportunity to upskill in your market. - If you’re trying to figure out how to make money online, learn how to build out these creative systems and offer them to brands. So many brand owners would bite your arm off for it. Adapt or be left behind

ecom doesn’t get saturated it just exposes those who can’t adapt this game shifts fast: - new angles hit - new ad formats takeover - buying behaviour changes but most guys hit a win then get complacent & panick when performance drops… “My PrOdUct DieD” it didnt’t die you just stopped adapting if you’re not: – doing deep avatar research weekly - surveying your customers – consistently studying what content style is going viral – testing new angles aggressively you will fall behind you don’t just scale by being early you scale by adapting faster than everyone else

Bought brandsearch in Feb but barely touched it the day @VantageHubAI was released. Went back to brandsearch ytd to check on some big brand. Got so confused by their latest update I gave up. Can confirm it’s so intuitive to use. Filters not overcrowded. Best ads in DR 🐐
A product with zero marketing but has some of the biggest brands in DR ecom using it says everything you need to know @VantageHubAI is the first pre-vetted database of chad scaling ecom stores with by far the best utility on the market Built by someone is is actively doing 8 figures/year in ecom/direct-response

Been running the same BFCM playbook for 5 years and it prints every time Most of you will spend end of October making some BFCM concepts from scratch, add some messaging on site and let it rip That’s half the play Here’s what I do on every brand Creative: - New concept built around the offer. Statics, short text-led offer video ads, etc. Quick to make and you want volume on them. - Pull every winning ad from the last 12 months, even if they died out months ago. Don’t touch the ad, keep everything the same. But add a sticky BFCM banner across the top or a sticker on top right hand corner. Stays on for the full video. Relaunch all of them, these are your surf scaler TOF ads + put banner on new concepts Site: - BF copy/offer goes live first week of November, we went live 2nd nov last year. If competitors start shifting earlier - we match. Seems to be a trend this year. - Email campaigns start 2/3rd November, building hype before the launch. Have a CTA in those emails which can allow them to add the launch date into their calendar. The email G @retentiongoat will be taking charge of my emails this Q4 so we gonna print biiiiig Site: - PDP messaging all BFCM. Announcement bar. Sticky banner on PDP images. Offer messaging. Countdown timers on PDP and in drawer cart. Push hard everywhere. Everyone is fighting for the purchase on BFCM weekend so you want to urgencymaxx as hard as you possibly can Bundles bundles bundles: - Last year my CPM doubled and CPCs went up 80% and I still made bank as I offset it with a huge AOV through bundles. Bundles SKU’s together where you can. Bundles are great as you can increase AOV massively whilst also giving yourself enough room to lead with huge BF discount incentives that still give you juicy margins. Ad account: - BFCM campaigns run on 1 day click. Evergreen stays as default. - Surf scale as hard as you possibly can. Break through all limiting beliefs because anything is possible during this weekend. If you are hitting targets, push hard and don’t stop pushing. Happy printing

A big needle mover with creatives this quarter has been focusing heavily on writing ads that drive high engagement When I look across all of our top ads, the engagement in the comments have been through the roof There’s different ways we do this: - Leading with a controversial statement in our hook & lead that starts a mass engagement debate in the comments. Reddit is a great way to identify what this could be for your specific vertical. Take high engagement Reddit posts that have a controversal take & spark comment debates & bring this across to your ad. In all honestly these won’t rip at a high ROAS but they can take high spend, drop CPM’s in the ad account & work very well at TOF for new incremental reach. Just make sure you have concepts working across different funnel stages in the ad account - Basic CTA at some point within the script, you see big YouTubers doing this all the time (e.g “comment below which car you think I should get, the urus or the g-wagon?”) we do the same in our ads & tie it seamlessly into the script so it’s super natural. It’s an engagement trigger which once again will spike your comments. You can take this same principle but change the positioning, for example in the CTA at the end of your ad “tell me about X Y Z in the comments below & I will get back to each and every one of you with tailored advice” - works especially well with AI authority ads & also works as a huge trust builder for cold traffic. Remember CVR starts from the ad, not just the lander. Implement this & you’ll find it easier to push more spend through your ad account this Q4

Spent 6 years on failed ventures & floating around trying to figure shit out 5 failed prods later, got my first winning prod from @cjfeth’s community. Finally left my FT job in June +74% rev in July. 80% of creatives from @VantageHubAI ads Wouldn’t be here without it.

I’ll be doing $500k/week on trybe this Q4 We were running 90% AI ads all throughout 2026 But as soon as we went hard into real affiliate content they quickly became top spenders Strategy was simple, cast a wide net at the start then double down on your top creators And this could be an unpopular opinion, but a great creator doesn't need guidance, they don't need briefs, they don't need to be assigned to a CS Give them the freedom to create. This is an opportunity to put new diversity into your ad account from very creative minds. If I restricted them to my DR principles only, maybe it wouldn't have been as successful What they actually need is high upside And to be working for a brand that can make them $30k/month+ When this is in sight, they'll do everything they can to ensure they are producing bangers only Once you crack the formula, the only way is up Dan dropped a lot of sauce so go read it
HOW TO SUCCEED ON TRYBE I was one of the first movers on to Trybe. I did a call with @LukasPakter when he opened it to the public in May, and sent the recording to @cjfeth He is now doing 100k+ week on there [ I was too early for the $10k brand referral link scheme :( ] and has shared it with his 500+ community. So now the information gap is closing. It won’t be enough to just “be on Trybe”. It’s the same situation as the DTCBoomers that ran up brands in Covid $2 CPMs, and now always complain about META. Information gap is closing, the skill gap is the only MOAT. What Lukas explained on that call in May is how to win in the long run on Trybe. To outcompete everyone, you need to do 2 things: A) Invest in your creators, find the fat girls on the treadmill and train them up. Lamine Yamal doesn’t want to come play for Villa. But in the Championship Jack Grealish could improve, take them up, give the club MORE BUDGET to sign better players, and re-invest back in the club. B) SAS squad will beat an average army. Product seed out to as many creators as you like and offer training to upskill them. BUT you should think of your creators like Creative Strategists. I would rather than 1-3 ELITE Creative Strategists making me 30 concepts per month. Than have 100 Average Creative Strategists making me 10 concepts per month. Most Trybe creators make all their money with 1 brand, and it takes creators quite a lot of time to (20-30 videos) to really learn a lot about your brand / your market / your audience / what performs well. I will never sign a creator on retainer who isn’t willing to make me 30 videos per month, and a lot of these are 3-5 minute HarryDelMege yapper styles, so it requires a big time commitment from them. They’re only going to be willing to invest this time into your brand if you invest in them first, and incentive them. If you want the call recording I talked about with the founder Lukas in May, just reply to this tweet and I’ll DM it to you.

L from me to stop running this
ran this product up to $5m in rev scaled to $60k days back in 2019 felt untouchable jeffrey star then orders from my store filmed & posted a youtube video reviewing the product (still up today) 13 million views… main mechanism got negatively exposed woke up to hundreds of hate comments on all my ads ROAS plummeted below breakeven performance never recovered back to the trenches I went lesson learnt: never have all your eggs in one basket always have multiple products/brands running P.S - this prod prints again, go and test it.

The plan wasn't to build a software I started 2 years ago building an internal database of the best DTC brands to use for both product research and ideation for creative concepts I'm not talking about the brands we all know like gruns, IM8 etc, I'm talking about the brands that are heavily DR focused and hit rapid scale fast. The resilia's, and the lymphoria's of the DTC space - but I was flagging these stores before they hit scale and well before anyone knew who they were I've had a full-time team dedicated to finding these brands early and the database grew so big that I decided to productize it so others could also benefit The issue is, all these other ecom SAAS products aren't built by ecom founders, they aren't actively in the trenches. They're just tech founders trying to capitalize on the ecom space, so they fall short in so many areas There's so much I can say, but in summary I just wanted something where I could log-in and have the actual saucey/relevant shit right infront of me. Purely direct-response dtc brands and nothing like this has existed until Vantage. I built this exactly for me, someone doing multiple 8 figures per year on my own brands and spending millions on my own ad account every month. I'm not a saas guy, but I know what the ecom space needed and the feedback has been fucking insane This isn't another cookie cutter version of what is already out there, it's the first of it's kind and honestly absolutely cracked. It's been in private access only for the past 6 weeks, but soon I will open up a 2nd cohort so more people can benefit before Q4. If you want to get access to Vantage, you can join the waitlist below Access won't be shared publically, only to those on the waitlist and probably within the next 7-10 days.
vantage is by far the best spy tool ive ever used. shoutout @cjfeth

No doubt about it the easiest way to start a new store & scale it to $1M/month this Q4 is by recycling old winners Find a product that scaled hard within the last 4/5 Q4’s Focus on highly giftable products Go to adspy & identify their winning creatives from previous years based on engagement metrics Imitate their top spenders + push new concepts You see new stores that print leveraging this cycle every year
