When I was an intern in the Navy I learned a valuable lesson from a CDR radiologist.
Portsmouth Naval Hospital had a very limited number of CTs they could do each day.
Prior to ordering a CT, you had to call a radiologist who outranked you and asked you the following questions:
• Why does your patient need a CT?
• What do you expect to find?
• How is this finding going to change your management?
If you didn't answer these correctly, there was no CT for your patient, and you were yelled at.
Every time I order an imaging study, I ask myself these questions.
If I can't answer the questions, there is no imaging study ordered.
This one radiologist has saved the country hundreds of thousands of dollars by scaring the #### out of all of the interns.

As a doctor, these are things you should welcome.
You said: "evidence has shown vaccines don’t cause autism". The problem is that there are longstanding concerns and claims that there is evidence to the contrary. The appropriate response from the scientific community is to take those concerns seriously - not just dismiss those who raise them.
One of the main reasons there has been such as massive loss of public trust in the scientific and medical establishment during Covid is the way it responded to legitimate dissenting views.
A key component to #MAHA is Physical Therapy. Look at the literature showing effectiveness in preventing and managing chronic disease. Time for leaders in the PT profession to move on from social justice virtue signaling and focus on our vision using our area of expertise!!
