Mr. M. Ramesh, Biology Teacher, East Godavari District, shares how the Teach Tool observer training transformed his approach to teaching. Despite 15 years of experience, the training helped him realise the depth of classroom practices and understand student and teacher behaviours more clearly. He shifted from a fixed teaching style to a more reflective and adaptive approach, improving his own classroom practices first. Through observing other teachers and providing structured feedback, he adopted new strategies and supported colleagues in improving their teaching. This journey led to better classroom practices and improved student learning outcomes. . @csegoap @EduMinOfIndia @lfe_ed @WorldBankIndia #TeacherProfessionalDevelopment #TeacherTuesday #ClassroomObservation #TeachTool
