Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, began a four-day residential capacity-building programme for NSCBAV Staff Organisers and ALS Coordinators at Chiguru Children’s Village, Tadepalli. The programme aims to sharpen skills, strengthen coordination and equip participants to make a greater impact in residential education. Day 1 marks the start of focused learning, shared experiences, and new perspectives. The training continues until 16 October.
