And it ain’t random paper before you dismiss it like that, @leverageedu has already done 2 ESOP buyback events, & is in the middle of doing the 3rd one in next few weeks to come (yea! 💯) Huge thank you again, to dear friend / elder brother / early LE investor, @warikoo, for making this SO SPECIAL FOR US 🙏🏼👊🏽 … I din realise even I needed to be in your audience and it’d been long, always so damn energising! Building and growing fast while every headwind that can hit you, actually does, is not a mean feat but this team did it. Being category-creators, which means you are building ahead of systems built by sovereign nations themselves, is brutal hard, because our customers are dealing with their lives here. Growing yourself, investing in others while all this cyclone presides through, tests the best of the best. And that, are Leveragians! With this, we also embark on what is going to be the hardest leg of our journey so far. These next 12-15-18 months. Like always, it was important to explicitly call out that “Leverage Edu isn’t for everyone” .. don’t expect balance here, don’t expect only praises showered & mistakes not pointed out here, don’t for ever a moment confuse anything above ethics and customer obsession .. all of that, with a shimmer of hope that one day it will all make sense, with the occasional delightful gestures by customers whose lives we are able to change ♥️✌🏼 All I’d say now is .. Lovely wide-ranging chat on how these two countries are so similar to each, have started to do more together (heck, Prime Minister visited twice in the last year!), and how / where @leverageedu can add value as we earnestly try to impact a wider audience! Leverage got TechCrunchd this morning! ⚡️ The headline is that we turned profitable (without any filters, PAT+), doubled revenue to get on the $50Mn / ~₹400Cr track in FY26, and navigated amidst a whole lot of chaos. But what we care more about, very honestly, is that we get an opportunity to help tens of thousands of students across a significant part of the world. They trust us. They come and thank us. I read hundreds of those letters. Being profitable is a result of most of our students now coming from organic routes - brand, word-of-mouth, referrals. Same, goes down to trust. It’s been compounding. This is everything to us 🙏🏼 And delivering growth and good PAT results’ means, as I tell my team and board: we can invest in better student infrastructure, extend our offerings to be more full stack, pay top-of-market salaries to our teammates, and over time contribute more of our earnings to social good, something we’ve been at from the very becoming of this enterprise’s creation. We are a bunch of very hungry and ambitious people. That’s our core dna. And on that, we’ve strapped on the virtue of DOING GOOD over all else! Deadly no? ;) The party has only begun.

Almost there for this year * Final sprint ;) Been a solid year, where we focused head-down on fundamentals that helped us build more predictability across different GTMs, markets, parts of customer journey. We continue to think about growth but as an exec team are also obsessed with the “cost of that growth”, so the next year and beyond should see us with more meaningful bottomlines. How It Started vs How Its Going I’ve been a big fan of what @ZyppElectric has been doing for quite a while now. Not just these messages to @akashthematrix, I’ve sent many more, to many friends.
