Perhaps I've spent too long at the editorial level discussing the difference between chase levels 1, 2 and 3. However, the law on defendants attending for sentencing got changed. The issue about health and resilience is partly because of the criminal justice backlog.

mentions explicitly "boiler repair or possible replacement" - however I'm not sure exactly when this leaflet is from and what the referral pathway/s would be for such a service as I rarely deal with Liverpool related casework.
Their contact details are here epplus.org.uk/about/contact-… - so as they (Energy Projects Plus) provide a service to Cheshire and Merseyside residents, might be best to ask them. The Liverpool Healthy Homes Home Improvement Agency leaflet (see page 2 here liverpool.gov.uk/media/2pqn1… )..
In Wirral there is the Healthy Homes Team, wirral.gov.uk/housing/help-y… & referrals to Energy Projects Plus epplus.org.uk/ (the latter provides (through its partners) projects that "improve domestic energy efficiency and reduce fuel povert for Merseyside"... residents.
To be fair though (as you're giving me credit), you did do at least 95% (probably more) of the work on it though! My role was really sorting out the Bluetooth pairing and a very small amount of writing/editing! It was good to catch up though!

to go into here, involving canon law and UK law, it's arguable that if a Church of England diocese within England, Wales and Scotland has the 22 workers or more (both employees and paid clergy or other paid office holders) that because of the interrelationship between parishes...
however Employment Tribunal case law interprets the meaning of "company" here to mean incorporated entities and who is the "employer" of office holders requires a long answer beyond the scope of this tweet. However for a series of facts and evidence too long winded...
