Through all the noise, we’ve kept building. Research, policy, advocacy, relationships, and the organization to sustain that work. Seeing it translate into action is deeply gratifying. Proud of this team and everything we’ve put into getting here. More to do.
I'd like to thank Professor Avi Loeb and the UAP Science Advisory Council, as well as the Disclosure Foundation and To The Stars representatives, for joining us recently at @ODNIgov in their capacity as advisors to the intelligence community's UAP Governance Board. Your insights and feedback into @POTUS's historic disclosure effort are appreciated and the American people are fortunate to have such expert counsel. We look forward to continued collaboration on PURSUE objectives. #UAP

🧵 We have released a new policy brief: Policy Brief No. 7 - All Government-Funded UAP Records Belong in the UAP Records Collection at the National Archives. The policy brief is authored by Christopher Mellon (@ChrisKMellon), Jordan Flowers (@jordanflowers) and Hunt Willis. The new policy brief argues that the FY 2024 NDAA requires the National Archives’ UAP Records Collection to include not only agency records, but also government-provided and government-funded records, including those held by federally funded research and development centers (FFRDCs). disclosure.org/research/all-…

On August 28, as part of our organization's comprehensive FOIA campaign on UAP transparency and government records, the Disclosure Foundation submitted Freedom of Information Act requests to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence seeking records concerning a widely-reported multi-agency event near White Sands Missile Range in December 2025, along with any Congressional briefing records concerning that event. Of particular interest are the public reports that the event may have concerned efforts to lure or attract anomalous phenomenon - an allegation that, if accurately characterized, raises significant questions about the nature, authorization, objectives, and results of such activity by the Executive Branch, and would be of the highest public interest. At this stage, the Foundation is seeking confirmation of what occurred, what records exist, and what information (if any) was subsequently presented to Congress. Whether ODNI produces responsive records, acknowledges their existence but withholds them under applicable exemptions, or indicates that no responsive records can be located, will itself provide meaningful information worthy of public attention as to these extraordinary allegations.

In this clip from the UAP Podcast (@UAPodcast850) with Stephen Diener, Disclosure Foundation Executive Director Jordan Flowers (@jordanflowers) discusses a potentially significant reading of the law: that requirements to transfer UAP records to the National Archives may encompass records held by or generated through government-funded projects and operations, including Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs). The Foundation is examining this interpretation from a legal perspective and its potential implications for organizations that may hold UAP-related records. Ultimately, UAP records-production requirements may extend beyond federal agencies alone.

Chelsea will win the Premier League this season, we will beat Arsenal for the first time in 5 years, and we will be undefeated at home against London teams. It's coming home.

The Disclosure Foundation once again strongly supports Rep. Eric Burlison’s efforts to provide UAP whistleblowers with a clear pathway to come forward and seek waivers from UAP-related nondisclosure agreements. As outlined in Policy Brief No. 4 on the disclosure of classified UAP information to Congress, fear of legal consequences and retaliation has long deterred individuals with relevant information from speaking with lawmakers—even though Congress has both the authority and a legitimate need to receive such information. Rep. Burlison’s whistleblower intake process represents an important, concrete step toward removing those barriers. We reiterate our support for efforts that enable credible witnesses to come forward through appropriate channels, while protecting them from retaliation and reprisal.
🚨 My office is now assisting qualified individuals seeking waivers from UAP-related nondisclosure agreements.

The implication I keep coming back to here is that origin ≠ location of manifestation ≠ mechanism of appearance. If specific local conditions can induce the appearance of UAP (mechanism), and what appears can be physically present here, persisting, interacting, or leaving recoverable material (location of manifestation), the fact that both mechanism and manifestation are local does not require the origin to be. That origin could be unimaginably distant without the manifestation itself ever having traversed that distance. Distance from origin ≠ distance traveled. A remote origin and a local manifestation are not mutually exclusive.
Our own agencies went back through every past sighting, asked what draws these things in, then recreated those conditions on purpose at a site with prior activity. ODNI, CIA, FBI and military intelligence were all on site. Something showed up.

Our breakdown of @AnthropicAI’s progress on the Riemann Hypothesis. Claude didn’t solve Riemann. But going from ~42% to >67% in 30 hours is pretty wild.
We asked an unreleased research version of Claude to take a stab at the Riemann hypothesis. It didn’t solve it, but it did make strides on a related problem: it increased the lower bound for the fraction of zeros of the Riemann zeta function that satisfy the hypothesis from 41.6% to 67.2%. anthropic.com/research/riema…

Jordan Flowers (@jordanflowers): "AARO has a habit of hiding behind the word extraterrestrial because it's extremely difficult to provide a definition of what would be the commensurate proof to ascertain whether something is or is not extraterrestrial... As opposed to having a more concrete definition of technological capabilities that fit within the bounds of human engineering capability and whether something exceeds that or not... That's one of the reasons I think why AARO hasn't adopted any definition for non-human intelligence or non-human technological capability because they know however they define that it's likely to immediately be transgressed by some of the data in their own data set and they would have to relent that there's something here." Definitions matter. And clear definitions create accountability. The American public deserves precise language and direct answers.

Today, @TIME magazine released a new video montage to accompany their widely discussed article published last Thursday, August 6th titled "America is Finally Taking Extraterrestrials Seriously." The article was written by prominent author/journalist @jeffreykluger. And once again, we are honored that the June 2026 Disclosure Forum is featured heavily once again in today's new video. UAP transparency is no longer a fringe conversation. It is becoming a mainstream question of science, national security, public policy, and government accountability. And the Disclosure Foundation is proud to help advance that conversation.

The Disclosure Foundation is honored to be featured prominently in today's front-page @TIME magazine story titled "America is Finally Taking Extraterrestrials Seriously." The story is a testament to where we are in the disclosure movement - it is no longer a periphery topic, but a topic that is a reflection of what the American people are searching for: truth, transparency and especially personal answers when it comes to the phenomenon that are UAP and non-human intelligence. As our Executive Director @jordanflowers states in the article: "You could be a single-issue candidate running in the U.S… That single issue could be transparency, and you could get elected just based on that." The issue is that important. The piece, written by prominent author and journalist @jeffreykluger, especially focuses on the recent 2026 Disclosure Forum. The article includes our chairman @ChrisKMellon's opening Forum remarks: "Today, experts that rarely occupy the same room- physicists, historians, economists, intelligence professionals, educators, journalists, and policymakers - are gathered here in this room… to discuss a subject that was, until very recently, untouchable." Those remarks poignantly reflect how the UAP topic is now center stage not only in the MSM, but more importantly, in the Halls of the White House. Below is a thread of key parts of the @TIME magazine article where the Disclosure Foundation's work (advisors, Disclosure Forum, leadership) are highlighted. 🧵

NDAs prohibiting disclosure to the President are no longer in force. The UAPDA is moving forward in the House. Multiple UAP files have been declassified. A UAP Governance Board between the White House, ODNI, DoW and the FBI has been established. We’re not in Kansas anymore.

Clinical psychologist and member of the Disclosure Foundation’s Advisory Board Dr. Jennice Vilhauer (@JenniceVilhauer), in a recent interview with Dr. Phil (@DrPhil): “A disclosure event where our government tells us that we’re not alone… that would be a global event. Even a small number of people responding poorly, that could create a large public health crisis… We have enough information currently to recognize there is something here that we need to be preparing for…. I am working with the Disclosure Foundation to put out a policy brief on this topic. We need people to understand the impact that this could have on our population. This isn’t something you can wait and see what happens. You need to prepare in advance.” Link to Dr. Vilhauer's policy brief for the Disclosure Foundation, authored jointly with Dr. Carlos Eire and Christopher Mellon (@ChrisKMellon): A National Preparedness Framework for the Human Consequences of Disclosure disclosure.org/research/a-na… Link to Dr. Vilhauer's interview with Dr. Phil youtu.be/e-1cm8sPZAI?si=yWvl…
