I saw the Elizabeth Holmes documentary 'You Can See Everything' last night.
Everyone's debating whether she's a liar. That's not the story.
The film is deceiving you in real time & most of you won't notice.
I wrote about it 👇

And you wonder why…..
On October 8-10, Ukraine destroyed 3 data centers in Russia. Since then bot activity has plummeted and so have Google searches for many health misinformation topics.

Will a drone strike in Russia save lives in the US?

How does one claim to be a Christian when judging others (don’t care who) seems to be their primary skill.

The Catholic Church teaches that the death penalty is "inadmissible," primarily because every human being has God-given dignity, even a murderer, even a mass murderer. The televising of an execution is barbarism of the worst kind, offering up death as entertainment.
Some Catholics still reject Pope Francis's magisterial pronouncement on the death penalty, which is now included in the Catechism. But opposition to the death penalty, grounded in the respect for all human life, is not a brand new doctrine. Rather, it is one that took time to develop, as the church came to understand more deeply the innate dignity of every human life.
"The new evangelization calls for followers of Christ who are unconditionally pro-life: who will proclaim, celebrate and serve the Gospel of life in every situation. A sign of hope is the increasing recognition that the dignity of human life must never be taken away, even in the case of someone who has done great evil. . . . I renew the appeal I made . . . for a consensus to end the death penalty, which is both cruel and unnecessary."

25 million American children are about to receive something that will help their futures, and what we care about is the looks of the person helping to make that happen? I want no part of that. God bless Michael and Susan Dell.

The moral arc of 340B
As football season kicks off, hospital and health system names will be displayed prominently on stadiums and arenas across the country. But while those names are visible, how hospitals spend revenues generated through the 340B program often isn't.
It's time for Congress to reform 340B and ensure the program benefits the patients it was created to serve.

The only way to fix healthcare is to make the customer the most powerful participant in the system. Period. End of story.
Yeah.. maybe we don’t ask tax payers to pick up the tab for self promotion
GOP Sen. John Kennedy says no public official, including President Trump, “should spend public money on private ads for themselves,” after the White House aired a government-funded ad prominently featuring the president.
“You can’t spend public money to promote yourself,” Kennedy (R-LA) says, adding, “I also think that we ought to have a rule that no politician can have a building named after him while he’s alive.”

U.S. Sen. candidate @RevAdamHamilton (D-KS) on debating opponent Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS): "Nexstar has a policy that a person can't get on the debate stage unless they've raised 25% of their money in their state, and Roger Marshall doesn't qualify for the debate."

I didn't know Presley Gerber. But I was rooting for him from afar, the way you root for anyone you recognize battling the same demons.
Addiction is a disease that knows no bounds. It doesn't care who your parents are, how much money you have, how loved you are, or how hard you're trying. And he was trying. He fought for his recovery in public, in front of a world that offers very little mercy to people who struggle where everyone can see.
We lost nearly 200 people to overdose in this country yesterday. We'll lose nearly 200 more today. About 1,300 a week. Almost 6,000 a month. Roughly 70,000 last year. Every one of them was somebody's Presley.
He started Mental Health Mondays because, in his words, "the goal was to spark real conversations about the stuff most people hide."
So don't hide. Ask for help. Keep asking. And if you've asked before and it didn't take, ask again.
You are not alone.

Massie holds a 99% lifetime Freedom Index score for constitutional fidelity (100% in the 119th Congress). He routinely votes no on unauthorized military actions, foreign aid, and large spending bills, citing Article I limits on war powers and federal authority. THIS and thank you. Conspiring to make the world better
A few weeks ago, a company we invested in shut down.
The founder sent a very detailed email to the investor base explaining the situation.
I responded with three clear questions:
1. I am very sorry to hear this, are you ok? Losing a company is a very personal loss. I want to make sure that you yourself are okay.
2. Is there anything that I can do in the next steps with the investor base to help?
3. What are your thoughts on your next steps? Is there anything I can do to help facilitate those?
This is not the time to discuss lessons or negotiate for cents. This is the moment of peak pain. Be gentle.
The way you act in hard times is the way you will be treated in good times. People will always appreciate you for thinking long term and being there for them when it matters.
