Fourth time trying to get an LG. @LGUSAMobile representative on the phone. Their lines continually hang up. Chat feature isn’t functional and website errors out. Worst customer service and use of electronic representatives ever. #CustomerServiceFail – at Minnetonka, MN
After days, I am now told that the appliance repair service won’t come to do the under warranty repair without my own credit card on file. This is consumer extortion and an unfair business practice.
In no world should it be ok for a third party selected by a manufacturer to demand credit card numbers of consumers to have access to booking a repair call under warranty. Shame on @LGUSAMobile and on DT appliances for demanding privacy violations and PII they are not entitled to – at Minnetonka, MN
