Found some old Star Wars toys in the loft. Great memories.

Boris Johnson has done the country a service by inviting so many of his colleagues to publicly endorse him in a way that places their poor judgement and stupidity on public display to their constituents. May it never be forgotten.
Consistently surprised that my site has been top 3 in this leaderboard for some time, seeing as I haven't touched the site for a couple of years. Should probably write a post about how it's built (short answer, it's inspired by philipwalton.com/articles/sm…)

Curious how to use the latest #webcomponents spec in @astrobuild?
The Astro.resolve() API recently added in v0.19 makes it dead simple to write native custom elements, bundle them for production, and load them client side

Great news about the Declarative Shadow DOM! Here's a demo that uses it to implement a todo app (naturally 😉): blotter.lamplightdev.com/ On Chrome 90 it works fully with or without JavaScript, sharing templates on the server and client. Blog post soon!

From what I've read Service Worker cache storage is shared between Safari and sites added to the home screen (as PWAs) in iOS 14, but from my testing this doesn't seem to be the case for entries added to the cache after the initial SW registration? @firt @jonathandavis

Web Components are the 'write once, run anywhere' philosophy bought to the web. You can reuse your components with or without a framework anywhere that understands HTML

Love it. A great example of the power of Web Components - two img tags inside a custom tag and that's it, you're done. Use it anywhere. The HTML you know and love with super powers🦸
