The Lesson from The Nest
I recently went to The Nest — an immersive theater experience by Hatch Escapes — with a couple of friends. If you're around LA, I highly recommend it; the experience is both immersive and intimate.
However, by placing this straightforward narrative within a well-crafted and detailed set, the team understood that this was more than enough to truly immerse players.

Theo said what I want to say –– I want to add the argument to 'stop anything that makes people uncomfortable' is a slippery slope toward a dystopian future. It's the exact same argument used by the director to justify the World State in Brave New World.

(1/2) Unpopular opinion - When "Get a Mac" campaign first debut, a lot of people hated the Ads. People pointed out the "Mac guy" is patronizing and a "jackass", whereas "PC guy is great. Got a big heart." People were convinced Apple missed the optics and shot themselves in feet.
