"As AI disrupts industries and reshapes the nature of work, sports will emerge as one of the few industries where human endeavour will continue to be valued. Even as many conventional careers are getting disrupted, sports are opening doors to exciting careers. But our education system needs catch-up."

My heartfelt condolences to family and friends of Shri Trinath Mishra ,former DGP Manipur ,former Director SPG ,former Director SVP NPA,former Director CBI,former DG,CISF and former DG ,CRPF who left for his heavenly abode today morning .
I worked under him during his CBI tenure.
He was warm ,affectionate and a caring mentor.
Both of us were alumni of same school - Netarhat Residential School. He was from the first batch of School ( I joined 18 years later) We grew up listening to stories of his achievements as SSP of major UP districts( Varanasi,Meerut etc) ,and in charge of Kumbh Mela (at then Allahabad).
I had invited him to CBI Academy for valediction of a course ,when he was DG CRPF and he had readily agreed. He was an exceptional speaker in both Hindi and English .Very well read .
He wrote a number of books on Police Professional and other subjects .One book in Hindi on Rumi ,one in English-Hindu Book of Dead ,another -First Charge- Handbook for Police Officers ,- just a representative sample.
You will be missed ,sir. And will always be remembered with respect .

Delighted to attend the Commonwealth Sports Ministers Meeting (CSMM) in Glasgow. Had engaging discussions on shaping the future of sports across the Commonwealth.
During my intervention, I highlighted India's remarkable sporting transformation under the visionary leadership of PM Shri @narendramodi ji. I spoke about our robust governance reforms, strengthened anti-doping framework, and flagship initiatives such as Khelo India, Fit India, and the ASMITA League, which are nurturing grassroots talent, empowering greater participation of women in sports, and fostering a vibrant sporting culture across the nation.
Concluded by reaffirming India's readiness and Ahmedabad's world-class preparations to host the historic, sustainable, and memorable 2030 Centenary Commonwealth Games.
