Big news: @ErewhonMarket is now using Organic Fera fruit oil for frying across all 15 locations.
If you're a customer, you can scan a code at the cafe counter and see the Regenerative Organic Certified® farms where the fruit is grown. Or watch the video here:

It's a new level of transparency for frying oil that's Seed Oil Free Certified® and tested for purity.

A month ago, I shared how @GetTinyHealth started in my garage, with my mom hand-packing every kit.
Today, the next chapter: we’ve raised a $33M Series B led by @BCapitalGroup, bringing our total funding to $46M.
From newborns to centenarians, we’re building Tiny Health for you. ❤️
Congratulations @GetTinyHealth for closing a $33M Series B. We backed the team early @OverwaterVC and are excited to see them ride even bigger wave
Austin-based Tiny Health has raised $33 million in a Series B funding round led by B Capital to help it meet growing demand for its at-home microbiome tests.

Rocket Lab is hiring a dedicated social media role for the first time.
I promise to never ask you to “just make it go viral.”
If you’ve got a good few years of experience under your belt running social and creating compelling content for established brands with big audiences, I want you to apply. Can be US or NZ based.

I spent the weekend using AI to explore renovation ideas for a property. Each concept generated was basically construction-ready, since I fed it land & soil surveys (and generated everything else off Zillow and satellite photos).
The future is going to have very few intermedaries between consumers and the last mile of labor.
And more broadly: consumers will be spending a lot more on custom projects to get precisely what they want, since the reasons they've been cost prohibitive (design and engineering) will no longer matter.
Essentially, a lot more things are going to be custom-fabricated—electronics, clothing, home fixtures. The next era of consumer tech is going to make everyone a hobbyist and builder.
We are just beginning to understand the effects of cortisol on every aspect of health.

I wrote a letter to myself when I was 16 and had it delivered 20 years later. My parents received it a bit late (years later) and I just got it. I did not remember it. The vulnerability in it to tell me what would hold me back from accomplishing my dreams and what I wanted to create, and the detail of how I thought about life 20 years ahead was... chills. I highly recommend writing yourself letters in the future.
Yes to both. A strong culture is underrated and yet key to building a successful business.
Two things early founders often get wrong, and should remember:
1) Building culture can feel like it's just fluff at the start. Until you start to raise capital or hire teams, and then you see how it shapes everything you do moving forward.
2) You should build a team so talented that it makes you slightly uncomfortable to be with them, because you know you are going to have to raise your game to keep up.

This is your friendly reminder to not rush into multi-decade partnerships.

My cancer case is n=1. I'm not holding it up as a model, because most of what I did is not specifically replicable or scaleable. But it is a proof of concept that fully personalized medicine, built around one patient's own biology, is viable in ways it simply wasn't a few years ago. I have lived a version of the future of cancer care that I think is worth aspiring to more broadly.
Many of the tools that made this future possible for me are getting better, faster, cheaper, and more accessible every year. I think what we need next is the infrastructure to deploy these tools, and the community willing to build this infrastructure, one patient at a time.
I want to help that future arrive faster. I wrote an article in The Cancer Letter cancerletter.com/guest-edito… for the physicians and researchers closest to the patients who could benefit most from this approach, who also believe in this future. If you are working towards building the systems and practices that will make personalized medicine operationally real, we want to collaborate with you too.

Solid progress for a day (phase 3 melanoma trial w/ Keytruda met goals). Long felt mRNA vaccines for cancer and viruses have been overestimated in short term and underestimated in long term
