🧵3+ years of development. Countless nights wrestling with orbital mechanics. And we finally have a demo prototype for KOSMOS. Here's a short trailer trailer :

6\ Building a space sim from scratch, with our own physics engine, is hard. Some days, it was very hard. But as Seneca put it: "It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare; it is because we do not dare that they are difficult."

7/ I hope this is just the first chapter. We intend to add much more gameplay: launch & ascent, orbital insertion & transfers, reentry, EVAs... And of course: more missions. Follow along, and tell us what you think! 👨‍🚀 #gamedev #indiedev #spacesim

I found this old "Flight menu" prototype i made on Unity a while ago. From your perspective, what feature could be very useful in a flight menu like this for a spaceflight simulator game?

The interior of my crew access arm 3D model. It still seems a little too wide so i'll have to update it, as well as addin few more details that i noticed

Currently reworking my launch complex 39A. The largest 3D scene i've worked on so far. I am trying to add as many details as i can to match the Commercial Crew Program configuration. There are a lot of parts so i'll post more in-depth renders in the coming days and weeks. #3drender
