We have finished our work on the second ICP Developer Grant. Here's a brief overview of what has been accomplished. Congrats to us and a big thanks to the Dfinity Foundation team and community for the huge support! 🎉♾ Updates will be coming soon!
Glad to share that Dfinity Foundation has finally approved our #UPAS_ work on the second ICP Developer Grant. Here's our final UPAS demo. What was done: * Implemented the User Public Achievements Standard: Developed core architecture for issuers and achievement management, including canisters for eligibility checks and minting achievements (ICRC-7 standard). Logic with sharing achievements between minor and main identity wallets. * Launched the Hub and Issuer Marketplace: Created a dapps for users to manage their achievements and for issuers to list and issue them. * Documentation and Demo: Developed a standard implementation through Demonstration Project, Tutorials, Docs and the UPAS library for easy canister integration. Big thanks to the Dfinity Foundation and ICP community for the support! Main links: GitHub: github.com/relinkd/UPAS Docs: relinkd.gitbook.io/upas/upas Post on Dfinity forum with the comprehensive description and links: forum.dfinity.org/t/user-pub… Soon we'll share what's next. @Dfinity @DFINITYDev #ICP #DigitalReputation #SSI

Back to API, or something like a new type of Agent API is coming?
The cofounder and CTO of Perplexity, @denisyarats just said internally at Perplexity they’re moving away from MCPs and instead using APIs and CLIs 👀

Peter Steinberger is joining OpenAI to drive the next generation of personal agents. He is a genius with a lot of amazing ideas about the future of very smart agents interacting with each other to do very useful things for people. We expect this will quickly become core to our product offerings. OpenClaw will live in a foundation as an open source project that OpenAI will continue to support. The future is going to be extremely multi-agent and it's important to us to support open source as part of that.

Wow! Claude helps NASA drive rovers on Mars
On December 8, the Perseverance rover safely trundled across the surface of Mars. This was the first AI-planned drive on another planet. And it was planned by Claude.

You know what AI gave us besides vibe-coding & content? That same rush we had at 16 playing Civ, Fallout, etc. played for hours I'm literally doing this now with pet projects. And it's freaking awesome! Vibe-coding is gaming 2.0. But you get - a feature, product or business

save this here it's something incredible for building AI-agents
We just released 𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚌𝚝-𝚋𝚎𝚜𝚝-𝚙𝚛𝚊𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚌𝚎𝚜, a repo for coding agents. React performance rules and evals to catch regressions, like accidental waterfalls and growing client bundles. How we collected them and how to install the skill ↓ vercel.com/blog/introducing-…

Personal agents are getting closer and closer. Anthropic introducing Cowork.
Since we launched Claude Code, we saw people using it for all sorts of non-coding work: doing vacation research, building slide decks, cleaning up your email, cancelling subscriptions, recovering wedding photos from a hard drive, monitoring plant growth, controlling your oven. These use cases are diverse and surprising -- the reason is that the underlying Claude Agent is the best agent, and Opus 4.5 is the best model. Today, we're so excited to introduce Cowork, our first step towards making Claude Code work for all your non-coding work. The product is early and raw, similar to what Claude Code felt like when it first launched. Cowork includes a number of novel UX and safety features that we think make the product really special: a built-in VM for isolation, out of the box support for browser automation, support for all your claude.ai data connectors, asking you for clarification when it's unsure, We are excited to see how you all use it. Cowork is available now as a research preview for Claude Max subscribers in the macOS app. Click on “Cowork” in the sidebar: claude.com/download

Filmmaking is becoming as accessible as coding. No studio or pro gear needed - just imagination and AI tools like Luma Labs. Amazing journey to Mars colony. 🚀
One of the amazing things about Ai is the possibility of just exploring a world you imagine for no other reason than your own play and joy. Made with @LumaLabsAI Ray3 Modify. @DreamLabLA

25% of YC W25 startups ship 95% of code with AI. Vibe-coding leaders went from $8B to $36B+ in a year. But here's the real question: what happens after the MVP high? Natural selection is shifting from "who can build" to who understands users, nails PMF, and actually sells.

Excited to share progress on our third @dfinity developer grant. #UPAS_ #ICP
We've completed the second milestone of our 3rd developer grant from @dfinity! We are in the final stretch of pivoting @UPAS_reputation into a universal protocol for loyalty programs on #ICP. In the attached demo, we break down the key features implemented across both milestones. A full, structured report will be published upon completion of the grant.
