Love this. Lists are the only way to fly on @X but they are not easy to manage.
Can you imagine?
Ralph Nader, 1997: “When we came out against nuclear power in the early '70s, the government had predicted that there would be 1,000 nuclear plants by the year 2000 in the United States, and there's 109 and shrinking, as more and more get shut down.” pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline…
One simple prompt just obsoleting a whole category.
If you're tired of 3rd parties sharing your email address here's a prompt to give your Grok @bot (or any other agent):
Remove my personal and contact info from B2B contact-data sellers and people-search brokers (e.g. Apollo, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, Lusha, ContactOut, Seamless AI, Hunter, Clearbit, Cognism, Kaspr, SignalHire, People Data Labs, LeadIQ, Adapt io, UpLead, plus any others common in my country).
1. Ask me for my name, the emails I use, and where I live, then look up each provider's current official opt-out route on their own site.
2. Write a short deletion and opt-out request that cites the privacy law that applies where I live (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or another US state law, PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Act). Request deletion of all my data, an end to any sale or sharing, deletion of linked profiles, and written confirmation.
3. Show me the emails as drafts from my own email account. Send them only after I approve.
4. Fill out web forms for providers that don't accept email.
5. Give me a list of what was sent, what's still pending, and any confirmation links I need to click.
6. Offer to repeat this every quarter.
Any other ideas welcome in the replies, tired of getting this spam.
Example of how cooked the USA really is: This family gave $6.25 BILLION directly to American children and all people can do is talk about his wife's physical appearance. For shame.
Absolute legend 👏🏼
Have you been sued in California for wire tapping, just for using a meta pixel?
Thousands of Ecom brands were getting shake down requests for nothing more than a conversion pixel.
Every settlement was $10,000-$50,000 bucks, right out of the pocket of small business.
I was sued multiple times.
As of today, that won’t ever happen again:
I thought this was the wrong reading of the law and wanted to do something about it.
My internal team worked with the eCommerce alliance.
They put time, money, and resources into changing this law.
I really didn’t do much.
But as a result of their hard work-
No one else will be sued for this ever again.
The work of the eCommerce alliance, backed by postscript, just saved the entire ecom industry probably 30 million dollars a year.
Huge shoutout to Gina from my team for getting this done.
Ridge could have just kept paying it.
But that’s how these things win.
Ecom brands are too fractured, everyone too cheap, everyone being crabs in a bucket.
It takes brands and great partners like postscript to work together to make the industry better.
I just saved your brand $25,000 bucks.
You can thank postscript for that.

The current state of the US government: $40 trillion of public debt + over $100 trillion of unfunded liabilities being serviced by approximately $5 trillion of tax revenue annually while running $2 trillion deficits.
This is like a person who has $2.8 million of debt, take home pay of $100K and personal expenses of $140K, adding $40K+ to that debt very year.
If you don't know what your options are, you have no options.
Fuck stripe.
We have 0 disputes
We submitted over $1 million in processing statements from another payment processor.
Looking down from their Ivory tower, believing they have the justification to hold 25% of our gross revenue until they see fit.
Respectfully go fuck yourself.
This is the exact reason we diversify payment processors.
If you only have one or two ways to collect credit cards, you are setting yourself up for failure.
