Here's how to evaluate an opportunity on these 3 levels ⬇️
Right people.
For me this boils down to what I call the talent trifecta: smart, driven, and low ego.
Ask yourself:
Are the team members strong in their roles?Thoughtful/strategic?
Are they passionate? Focused?
Are they likely to put the greater good over personal gain?
