UPDATE: Presiding Officer Francis Escudero tells the defense team it no longer needs to present evidence on the three withdrawn impeachment articles (Articles 1, 3, and 4) after the impeachment court accepts the prosecution’s manifestation to withdraw them.
Escudero says article 3 is deemed withrawn without prejudice against the respondent since the prosecution did not present or deduce evidence under this.
The withdrawal of article 3 is limited to the trial alone.
Escudero rules that articles 1, 3, and 4 will not be submitted for the senator-judges' vote. The respondent will not need not to present evidence in defense of these three articles. The sub judice rule will also no longer cover the withdrawn articles. #VPOnTrial | via @victoriatulad

NET SATISFACTION RATING NI PBBM
Bumaba ang net satisfaction rating ni Pres. Bongbong Marcos, base sa survey ng Social Weather Stations (SWS) noong Sept. 21-27.
Sa naturang survey, 38% ang nagsabing satisfied sila sa performance ng Pangulo. Nasa 45% naman ang hindi nasisiyasahan kay Pres. Marcos Jr., habang 17% ang undecided. Nagresulta ito sa net satisfaction rating na -11 na itinuturing ng SWS na “poor.”
Mas mababa ito sa -7 na naitala noong Hunyo, pero mas mataas sa record-low net satisfaction rating ni PBBM na -15 noong Marso.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s satisfaction rating fell to -11 points, according to a recent survey conducted by the Social Weather Stations (SWS).
In its latest survey released on Thursday, the SWS found that as of September 2026, around 35% of Filipino adults were satisfied with Marcos’ performance, 20% were undecided and 46% were dissatisfied.
Put together, this resulted in a net satisfaction score of -11, which the polling firm designated as “poor”. This is a four point decline from his -7 rating in June, which the SWS labeled as “neutral”.
