Hello! As some of you may know I’ve been an ISSA certified personal trainer for the last 9 months, specializing in strength and conditioning. My dream is to help people surpass their potential, growing both physically and mentally stronger not only in the gym but throughout their daily lives. With that being said, I am looking to take on a wide range of clients, new and advanced gym-goers alike, to either train in-person or take on consultations virtually. I would provide a fully custom workout program for any frequency ranging from 3-6 days, general nutrition advice, as well as other aspects of training and recovery. I’m currently based in Orange County, California, but can be mobile between Los Angeles and Orange County based on my schedule.
