There are two kinds of feelings: physical sensations & emotions. 1. Men can't feel physical sensations for internal organs they don't have. So they don't "physically feel" like a woman. 2. There are no woman-exclusive emotions. All humans can feel all emotions. So they don't "emotionally feel" like a woman. When a man claims to "feel like women" this is not literal, this is an abstract obsessive thought that has no basis in material reality. The thought might cause him to feel things like anxiety or sexual arousal, but the one thing he absolutely can't feel is "like a woman."
