The CDC has inserted themselves into education via the WSCC model of Community/Healthy Schools. The model is not transparent. They want children accessing psycho/social-emotional/medical/sexual/ reproductive/dental services at school. They want to remove parental consent/rights.
Grateful to join @4TiffanyJustice on the @Moms4Liberty podcast to introduce the alarming concerns of the WSCC model. The CDC and the many other coordinated groups investing into Community/Healthy Schools are usurping the role of parents and intruding into the family.

Here is what the Yaeli Martinez Child Protection Act will do. Parents have the right to raise their children as their sex. For too long, CPS has been coercing parents under the threat of loss of custody or taking custody of children because the parents refuse to subject their child to puberty blockers, hormones or surgeries that harm their children. My coauthors and I reached out to the lead author of an extremely influential "brain sex" paper to request the data. They were also invited to respond to our critique. No response.
A Boston Globe reporter reached out to the HRC's lead researcher for a response to my report debunking their "Epidemic of Violence" narrative. No response.

🚨NEW: Our critique of a major "brain sex" study is now published.
@AdamRochussen, @NeuroSGS, and I evaluate a central premise of gender activism and medicine: that trans-identifying people have brains that are shifted away from their sex and toward their "gender identity."
The "brain sex" concept is so central because it purports to provide an empirical scientific basis for the notion that a child can be "born in the wrong body" and would therefore benefit from body-altering medical procedures to align their body with their mind/brain.
The problem is that this concept is pure pseudoscience and propped up by deeply flawed methods and badly misinterpreted data.
One of the most prominent studies is Kurth et al. (2022), published in the Journal of Clinical Medicine, which claimed that the brains of transgender women are shifted away from their sex and toward their "gender identity." The paper became one of the journal’s most accessed articles and has been cited in major media outlets, scientific papers, legal arguments, and policy discussions involving pediatric gender medicine and sports.
We point out that the paper's headline conclusion rests on a series of serious methodological problems.
Each group contained only 24 participants. The authors used poorly justified parametric methods, one-tailed post hoc tests, made no correction for multiple comparisons, and omitted important robustness checks. Once accounted for, the main finding is no longer statistically significant.
An even more glaring failure of the study was that it failed to account for sexual orientation, despite its known association with neuroanatomical variation and despite the authors having the relevant participant data needed to examine it!
We each repeatedly requested the anonymized participant-level data from the paper's lead author so we could independently evaluate the findings.
We received no response.
The evidence simply does not justify the sweeping "brain sex" conclusion for which this study has become famous.

I have fought hard the last several YEARS to expose that American K-12 students are being taught to hate Capitalism, America, and Western Civilization.
Our Moms for Liberty Harris County Chapter was in favor of SB 24 and the Moms for Liberty TX Legislative Committee endorsed SB 24 to make sure that students are taught the “Horrors of Communism”. We are GRATEFUL that it passed!!
Unfortunately, Rep Rosenthal, who is running now for Tx Railroad Commissioner opposed this bill. And he seems to be unaware that COMMUNISM ALWAYS LEADS to a consolidation of wealth and power into a FEW hands. ALWAYS.
Further, COMMUNISM HAS KILLED MORE PEOPLE THAN ANY OTHER SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT/REGIME.
65-100 MILLION PEOPLE DIED AT THE HANDS OF COMMUNISTS. That is MORE than the Nazis killed.
Students deserve to know the TRUTH about Communism!! If Rep Rosenthal believes that “Communism in its purest form is *Pacifist*”, he is welcome to give up his private property & his freedoms and go live in a commune somewhere. But he doesn’t have the right lie to our children about what governments who fall under Communism actually do to the “people”.
Collectivism, in ALL of its forms (including DSA) leads to tyranny and death. It puts people in shackles and chains.
Personally, I’m so grateful that my grandparents were able to escape Czechoslovakia and come to America and live a life of prosperity and liberty. They would be HORRIFIED to know that their great grandchildren were taught that there are “pros” to Communism like “free healthcare”, and that Capitalism “exploits the poor” and that classes are “limited with strict mobility”.

Dem Jon Rosenthal, who is running against Bo French for Railroad Commissioner, voted against an anti-communism bill in 2025 and said communism “in its purest…form, is pacifist.” It passed with bipartisan support, with Rosenthal voting against it.

Parents should NEVER be kept in the dark about transgender-related medical decisions involving their children.
When the state tries to step in between parents and their children, parents deserve their day in court to challenge that attempt to undermine their basic parental rights.
This week, the Department of Justice filed a merits-stage amicus brief in the Supreme Court, arguing that parents have standing to sue when the state tries to circumvent their control over what medical services their child may access.
Parenting belongs to parents—not the state. And when the state tries to seize the role of a parent, parents should be able to sue to defend their constitutional right to decide how best to raise their own children.

Jesse Cancer Update #4:
Jesse's second bone marrow biopsy revealed that despite the intensive first 4 weeks of treatment & hospitalization (the "induction" phase), the Leukemia has persisted. He is, however, down to 1.5% cancer cells in his marrow - well improved from the 60% he had a diagnosis.
Jesse is doubly rare. His is a T-cell ALL (accounting for only 20% of all Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia diagnosis, of which 80% are B-cell). To boot, his cancer is an early T cell precursor ALL (ETP-ALL) - which accounts for only 11% of ALL diagnoses. My child, he is special (just ask him). 🙂
ETP-ALL is fairly nefarious and was once associated with historically poor outcomes. And the "residual disease" revealed by his most recent bone marrow biopsy at the end of induction is not what we wanted. Yet our excellent oncologists have accounted for the rarity of his sub-type and started him on a more aggressive protocol that they are confident will result in remission by his next bone marrow - around the end of October, God willing. If it does not, a bone marrow transplant will be considered.
Please pray for Jesse's state of mind during this battle. Somewhere between a month of in-patient hospitalization, abrupt cessation of his phase 1 steroids, and initiation of the "consolidation" phase of treatment (chemo 5 days/week), Jesse developed steroid-induced psychosis. It was a side effect of his treatment that took us both by surprise.
Please pray that his spirit is calmed, his mind is slowed, and that God shows Himself to be the very present help that we know He is. Pray God quiets my heart so that I may be laser-focused on Jesse's recovery and God's perfect faithfulness rather than on my own anxious thoughts that have a tendency -- even in the best of times -- to run unhelpfully amok.
God's mercies are sometimes severe. But they are mercies, nonetheless. And they are new every morning. Even in the Valley, He walks with us, sustaining us both in every moment, providing light for the path, strength for the day, hope for the moment.

A Massachusetts family says the state took custody of their teenage daughter after they refused to affirm her as a boy, citing their Catholic faith.
The parents allege a school counselor socially transitioned their daughter without their knowledge, then reported them to the Department of Children and Families.
Now the state has guardianship, and a restraining order prevents the teen's parents and older brother from contacting her.
