The first half of 2023 was the golden age of Twitter/X.
Elon opened up the information flow.
And it was like we could breathe!
And speak!
No more bans for "misgendering."
Then, October 7th happened.
Delusional filth exploded.
It all devolved from there.

People previously banned under old Twitter's user rules were given free rein to foment...demons.
But the banned normies who used the "wrong" pronoun?
They learned just how much filth there was out there. They didn't see it as much before because it was often banned, too.

8. But it seemed to pale in comparison with woke institutional power from major sectors, where you might literally be fired from your job for correctly identifying the biological sex of a person! Or banned from Twitter (now X). My publication was frozen for 9 months for that.
9. Sure, much of the general public has become royally tired of wokeness, and even figures like AOC are strategically admitting that woke 1 was "crazy." Defunding cops? INSANE. Males in women's sports. BATGUANO CRAZY. Trans-ing minor kids? EVIL.
6. COVID-19 walloped the world in 2020, and we're all kind of still traumatized by that, I think. And the madness exploded online in so many different ways. The already redpilled (understandable to a degree, sure) became even more redpilled. And many went nuts. It was fraught.
3. That's oversimplifying it a lot, yes, but it's just nuts the amount of times people have been called haters and bigots and phobes and white nationalists and all kinds of crap and faced WILD and sometimes legal antagonism for...trying to be freaking normal!
4. A few years ago, I reported on a library event where the rainbow-queer brigade held a Pride fest for youth where they distributed penis bookmarks, sex lubricants, and breast binder gift certificates. I kid you not. Moms tried to expose the grooming? Got police-escorted out.
