I used to do the tree on the day after Thanksgiving. But it's gone up early for the past few years. It brings us joy and that's the whole point. 🎄💖🎅🎄
(The rest of the decor goes up Friday.)

Sitting here not even really paying attention to my Amazon Broadway station playing at my desk. Then it dawned on me I knew that song and it's from the #StarTrekStrangeNewWords
musical episode!! Just made my day! Are they all available?? 💖🎼🎵🎶

Yesterday I got to share my experience of "That's strong enough to raise 5 kids on a teacher's salary" and the audience reaction. My friends may never get to see the show but they howled and applauded at the brilliance of that line. @Shucked_Musical

My understanding is you can now hang signs at your small business that say “NO TRUMP SUPPORTERS ALLOWED.”
Just learned that the Denver Nuggets have won their first ever championship and thought maybe we should check on @VicVela1 . You still with us?!? 🤣 You never stopped believing!!
I'll admit...now that I've seen @Shucked_Musical I think I will notice every time I see a corn logo. 🤣
Devastated that @EastNYCBS didn't get renewed and that I just had to watch the series finale. With the stuff that is on the tube these days, why not give a talented cast a chance??? 💔
Ruthie Ann Miles seems to have exited the Twitterverse (good for her!). So wanted to do the @SweeneyToddBwy stage door. But so crowded, the shorty couldn't even see who came out the door. t was not a starring role maybe but hearing her raise that voice to the rafters was heaven!
Scheduled my NYC theater vacay around #Oliver so I could see @RaulEEsparza kill it as Fagin. He did not disappoint! Every Fagin-y fidgety tic, facial expression, voice lifted to the heavens...all reasons he got raucous cheers from the audience. We want him back on a stage! 1/n
I remember when the #Encore productions were folks on book for a week. This was full blown theater. The orchestrations! A multipurpose set. OMG...the choreography! And there are no sufficient words for the kids. The entire chorus was stellar. 2/n
And Lilli Cooper practically blew the building apart every time she sang. Think we all could have listened to her all night.
I've seen other #Encores productions. Loved them all. This one definitely topped them all in my book. 💖👏💖 @NYCityCenter

Came for @RaulEEsparza since it had been ages. But jeez...where did they get these kids?!?!? The future of live theater is in very capable hands!! 💖👏💖👏💖👏💖

Been standing outside @NYCityCenter for 30 mins waiting to get in. They say there is an issue back stage. Getting more and more claustrophobic. Being a short person in this growing crowd is no fun!!

#oliver!
Why for the love of God do you pay so much money for a theater performance and then talk all the way thru it??? And get mad when your neighbors finally tell you to shut the hell up? The performers of @MJtheMusical deserve so much better than these three jerks next to me!
Because @AyannaPrescod has seen this more times than she'll tell us and obviously LOVES it, I got out of the cab from the airport and purchased a ticket for tonight!! Very excited!
@MJtheMusical
While I've been so, so happy to see stars I love, I have to say my favorite moments have been from performers I don't know. My god the talent that is currently on stage. 💖👏👏💝

Sadly, I haven't been able to get back to NYC since my October visit. So all of you magnificent people are bringing me so much joy this evening!! #TonyAwards2022
