@boltapp I was charged £20 last night as my driver was at the incorrect door number on my road. He rudely asked me to walk to the address he was at however he had driven off. So why on earth am I being charged for this??

I keep getting generic responses from Bolt refusing to refund the £20. I tried calling the driver multiple times, he didn’t answer and then drove off, this is appalling

I have had the most appalling experience with @WrenKitchens - Incorrect parts delivered, damaged parts, waiting time of 10 days to deliver new parts when it’s your fault??!! Absolute madness. I need support ASAP and seriously regret using you for my kitchen. Amateurs
