It requires patience, in which many lack. It requires time, in which many waste. Healing isn’t linear; it is eternal. Time passing ≠ healed. You get your hands dirty when you look within & attend to shadow work. Healing ≠ suppressing. Its bringing pain to the surface to face it

Healing is not for the weak. I see why some prefer to neglect this type of effort. It’s easier to repeat a pattern, easier to self destruct when you refuse to heal traumas. This level of consciousness is painfully realistic. It requires complete self awareness & accountability.

There's a switch that goes off around late-20s/early-30s, where you suddenly stop caring about what people think. You don't feel the same need to justify yourself or explain your choices. I had my first real 'couldn't care less' experience this week and, friends, it was glorious.
