Left 12 January, right today 23 January. Rain forecasted but doesn't mean Mother Nature will bring it in. – at Lake Wanaka, Queenstown-Lakes District
Meanwhile at the correct end of Bluecliffs..... The other end to the east is called the Waiau Mouth.
Now back to dealing with the R2s!
The medical took forever but finally, 17 year old son will be off in Feb 2024 after completing Year 12, passing NCEA Level 2 (which no one understands). His father is disappointed he isn't interested in the farm. Can't force them into farming I keep telling him. Agree?
Up early with calfie mouths to feed, so thought I should tune in @Pandasport @SENZ_Radio , rude not too 🤔🧑🌾 – at Southland District, New Zealand
What a huge unnecessary stress for all farmers involved. A phone call and farm visit would have been a more positive outcome for all

Due to the Boss (hubby James) being out of action unexpectedly (cardiac), I need help in the calf shed. DM if you know anyone in Western Southland. – at Southland District, New Zealand
And just like that the 2023 calving has kicked off with #1 heifer being 2-3 weeks prem but feeding well and isn't complaining about her intro to the World 🌍. Official start date in Southland 8 August!
Getting the job done instead of just talking about it @GretaThunberg and getting arrested to draw attention to you!
The #DaysofourLives drama continues in Gore with a drug fraudster being charged this week, who was Ben Bell's former assistant. #GoreDC . You have to read below....she wasn't even good at being fraudulent by the sound of it #MsBean odt.co.nz/regions/southland/… – at Gold Coast, Queensland
Animal rights activists steal lambs from King's Sandringham Estate.
How bloody naive can they be? Feeding, crutching, shearing, drenching and shitting in their house will be so much fun. #AnimalCruelty right there, dumb humans.

Farmer sentenced after hundreds of calves starved to death.
How did this happen? The story doesn't say if staff were employed to rear the 600+ calves. Sounds like 2 seasons experience is all she had. We have to abide by 100's of rules. DO ask for help! rnz.co.nz/news/national/4885…
One less possum on farm! @deanrabbidge were you asking about youngens and hunting? Lachlan so wants a 22 but first he needs a fire arms licence and before that he needs a #RealMe account and before that requires ID verification from the AA - too much admin!
Been talking to dairy farming friends in Texas and already they are reviewing their barned cow operation.

Meanwhile in Texas.
Sounds like explosives may have been on the farm.
Would insure cover this #FMG?
