Happy seeing old friends 🤗
Excuse me while I Lisbonmaxx for a lil bit 🇵🇹
A pleasure to attend back to back @IndieBeers in two countries.
We’re 4 years deep in sunny Lisboa, and it’s going from strength to strength thanks to @jean__gatt @_baretto @iamgdsa 🤌
It’s a full circle moment us returning here (again) 4 years after a big London->Lisbon community trip where so many friendships were formed.
And today we watch our bro @DannyAziz97 marry the love of his life in Sintra. 🫡 LFG.

A financing platform came to us with no SEO foundation. Founders were already searching for funding solutions but their site just wasn't showing up.
We built the foundational content layer and SEO became a real acquisition channel for them. The long-term compounding is still paying off💪

Launching tip: tell people what you're building before it's ready (not to hype it)
It'll help you find out if anyone actually cares while you can still change direction.
hot take but if you have to "book a demo" to see a price, I already know the sales process is going to be a nightmare and the product is probably bloated.
The truth is you'll find scaling a team harder than building your product.
Most founders are good at products but bad at people. Sadly, it's where growth stalls.
Your onboarding might be terrible, and you don't realize it.
It leaves first-time users confused but you're so deep in the product you think it's obvious. it's not.
Watch someone use it and you'll cringe. Fix that first.
On some days you're like 'I'm a genius'. Some days you're convinced you're a fraud.
And some days you're both at the same time😅
The craziest part about seo is that most businesses don't even try. They see "takes 6 months" and immediately think it's not worth it.
happy monday 🎉
what's everyone shipping this week or are we all just pretending to have it together??
