I haven’t talked much about what I’ve been building lately, but today I want to share it.
LockedWeb.com is live.
LockedWeb is a porn blocker, but the idea behind it came from recognizing a flaw in most filtering software:
We design the boundary when we’re thinking clearly, then give ourselves the ability to instantly remove it when we’re not.
LockedWeb changes that.
There’s no instant off switch. Removing protection requires a 72-hour cooldown, and the filter remains active while you wait.
That one constraint is the heart of the product.
But I also cared a lot about how the product worked.
Privacy: LockedWeb doesn’t store your browsing history. I don’t think protecting yourself or your family should require creating a permanent record of everything you do online.
Speed: Filtering happens in milliseconds. We designed it to quietly run in the background without constantly scanning or analyzing your screen, which can add processing and battery overhead.
The goal is for you to forget it’s even there, until it blocks something you don’t want getting through.
As an entrepreneur, I love building products and solving difficult technical problems. But I also wanted my next business to solve a problem I believe genuinely matters.
Porn is damaging a lot of people and families, including people who sincerely want to stop.
It’s something I think about even more as my own children enter adolescence.
And through years of mentoring people in church, I’ve seen how widespread the struggle is. A 2024 Barna study found that 78% of men and 44% of women surveyed reported viewing pornography to some extent.
This isn’t a small problem.
It’s early. There’s plenty left to improve, and I’ll probably share a lot of the building journey here as we go.
But today, it’s officially out in the world.
My hope is pretty simple:
Help individuals and families who decide they don’t want porn in their lives or homes put a boundary in place that’s private, fast, and much harder to undo in a weak moment.

I don't think Wallstreet is adequately pricing in how much demand that $AAPL has for the Duo.
Can't get one until end of JANUARY right now.
Bullish. Gonna buy more stock Monday.

Sometimes a demo is simply to remind the world that your competition has no desire to dream -- and no ability to evolve.
New business model unlocked:
- charge $500+ / ticket
- buy/lease some cheap land near major city
- car drives itself through an insane obstacle course including loop, big gaps, kickflips down giant drops, etc.
A flying car has always been a dream for my dad, so I gotta make this happen!

Was looking at AI powered helpdesk software today. SO expensive.
Instead used claude to build an internal helpdesk with auto replies (draft only) powered by all the code, FAQs, privacy, terms, etc.
Took a few hours only, while I was doing other stuff. Crazy. It's awesome.
Used resend (already use for transactional emails) and claude API.
I have $200/mo in claude API credits included with my account so likely "free". Estimated to be $30-40 / mo in API costs.
Doing read-only, draft only to ensure quality first.
SAAS really is cooked huh?
Been using Codex GPT Astra Ultra and Opus 5.5 Ultracode.
The speed of Codex astra ultra is truely surprising. Easily 3-4x faster in getting a similar result as opus ultracode.
Tax return this year was 3300 pages.
Here’s your recommendation to not own properties in multiple states, invest in dozens of businesses, own several businesses, and work as clergy all at once 😂
Main lesson: invest large amounts into high conviction bets, not small amounts in a lot of medium conviction bets.
