Søren Kierkegaard on the Importance of Walking
“Above all, do not lose your desire to walk. Everyday, I walk myself into a state of well-being & walk away from every illness. I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it. But by sitting still, & the more one sits still, the closer one comes to feeling ill. Thus if one just keeps on walking, everything will be all right.”

If you treat an individual as he is, he will remain how he is. But if you treat him as if he were what he ought to be and could be, he will become what he ought to be and could be.

the first 30 minutes of your morning are setting the tone for your entire nervous system that day. the second you reach for your phone you've already handed control of your mood, your focus, and your energy to whatever's on that screen. sit in the silence instead. it's uncomfortable for about a week. then it becomes the most powerful part of your day.

29 out of 30 obese men claimed they ate ~2500 kcal while actually eating ~4000 kcal a day.
They were off 37%, ~1500 kcal. Enough to lose 3 lbs per week.
Even when they knew they were being watched, they still underreported almost 500 kcal per day.
The first step to losing fat is facing the truth about your intake and tracking your calories.
If you can't do that, everything else fails.

The concept of “cheat days” is defeatist.
By calling it a “cheat,” you subconsciously frame your normal diet as punishment.
And the human brain will always try to escape punishment eventually. That’s why most people rebound.

walking is not only burning calories. you're also setting your circadian rhythm (sun in the morning), regulating hunger hormones and meeting baddies all over the city

Most men think semen retention is about resisting urges.
Wrong.
The real game is reducing the amount of urges your body produces in the first place.
That changes everything.
Random urges are usually manufactured by the nervous system.
Heavy digestion.
Inflammation.
Dopamine overload.
Excess screen time.
Poor sleep.
No sunlight.
No grounding.
The body becomes electrically restless.
Then the pressure builds and seeks release.
That’s why clean living changes retention completely.
Ways to transmute sexual energy properly:
• Intense exercise
• Sunlight
• Deep breathing
• Grounding barefoot outside
• Cold showers
• Building something meaningful
• Creative work
• Fasting/light eating
• Prayer and silence
• Walking daily
• Purpose-driven focus
Grounding is one of the most overlooked retention tools.
After breathwork or meditation, stand barefoot on grass, soil, or sand in direct sunlight for 15-30 minutes.
Why grounding helps retention:
• Helps discharge excess electrical buildup from stress and overstimulation
• Calms the nervous system and reduces restlessness
• Morning sunlight supports testosterone and circadian rhythm health
• Sunlight boosts serotonin which lowers dopamine-seeking behavior
• Retention builds internal charge - grounding helps stabilize it instead of letting it become agitation
• Barefoot stillness trains presence instead of constant stimulation and scrolling
Then use cold showers strategically.
Start warm.
End with 30-60 seconds of full cold on the chest, spine, and back of the neck.
Why cold exposure changes retention:
• Floods the body with norepinephrine for sharper focus and calm energy
• Raises dopamine naturally without a craving cycle
• Reduces heat and tension stored in the lower body
• Shifts blood flow upward which lowers sexual pressure
• Builds nervous system discipline through controlled discomfort
• Trains the body to obey command instead of impulse
Energy needs direction.
If you don’t guide it upward, the body pushes it outward.
Most men are not addicted to lust.
They’re trapped in a dysregulated nervous system.
Fix the body first.
The mind gets quiet after.
My book Magnetic Mastery goes deeper into all of this and more.
I used this protocol on myself long before I ever thought about writing a book.
I’ve lived this.

Walk a lot and focus on your diet
Keep the workout split the same, that's not very important to cut

I don’t think there’s a perfect split to get lean like there is for strength building.
What you need to focus on more is your diet.
But here’s a few tips for workouts when you want to get lean:
• Your strength will go down, but it’s okay
• Still train hard and go to failure
• Don’t do junk volume

How to count protein in 30 seconds, no app:
1 chicken breast = 30g
1 egg = 6g
4oz ground beef = 28g
1 scoop whey = 25g
1 cup Greek yogurt = 20g
1 cup cottage cheese = 25g
Stack to 180g for a 180lb man.
