The Morrissey Collection, donated by Colman Morrissey in 2016, focuses on the Jacobite-Williamite wars in Ireland, 1688-1703. The University marked the bequest with a public lecture by Dr Pádraig Lenihan entitled 'Myth and Memory: the Battle of Aughrim (1691)' @UniOfGalwayLib
