I'm 27 years old and I quit my job 1 month ago. I was working as a IT & development manager for a small company here in Austin. Now I'm running my own business, and I'm trying to make it work so I can spend more time with my family. It's amazing that the threat of going homeless is less stressful than the stress of loosing my job. That was really unexpected for me. I've been hitting over $5,000/week since quitting my job, and it's been the best decision I've ever made besides marrying my wife and having my kids. ChatGPT is undervalued. I just one-shotted a picking list adjuster to make fulfillment faster. In 10 minutes it made adjustments that will save hours per week in fulfilling.

Now that we’re buying returns by the truckload, we needed something to move Pallets around in our warehouse. But we don’t have enough space for a full on Forklift. So we got this on Facebook marketplace for $2000.

This guy @five2picker is doing a 12 hour stream on TikTok selling health and beauty. Been holding at 150-300 viewers all day. At some point sprayed his hair pink. Amazing to see, I think this will be a VERY successful experiment. Over 1,400 items sold so far!

KEEP GOING Our streamer ran most of our 3 hour show today, maintained us at $722/hour, and helped us get a $2k+ show

We got here and I started feeling a little… weird

Our new streamer ran the show almost fully by herself today, did about $450/hour GMV. That is what I was at 2 weeks ago. And this was harder stuff (smaller, needing bundling, etc.) I think with a few more tweaks and getting used to it she’ll be at $800+/hour.

Getting better and faster. 2 hour stream, just under $800/hour. Good half day today
