When Senate Rs found out they were surveilled by the Biden admin, they tried to pass a law giving themselves the right to sue for $500k in damages + attorneys fees. Now they’d like to deny that same right to the thousands of every day Americans who were harassed by the Biden regime for no other reason than their support or association with Donald Trump.
News — Senate Republicans are weighing multiple different ways to use the reconciliation bill to impose eligibility restrictions on the nearly $1.8 billion “anti-weaponization” fund, including possibly adding language to the base bill text.
Other options include an amendment to counteract a likely Dem amendment during vote-a-rama, which Dems are trying to craft in a way that would be subject to a simple-majority threshold.
