🚨NEW: CASA is urging Acting DNI @pulte to review and, if warranted, REVOKE the security clearances of former Jack Smith prosecutors over alleged failures to protect classified information.
Internal DOJ messages reportedly show:
🔴 Access to classified information without a confirmed "need to know"
🔴 An unsecured SCIF left accessible overnight
🔴 Potential violations of security protocols governing classified material
Those trusted with protecting our nation's most sensitive information should be held to the HIGHEST standard. NO EXCEPTIONS.
CASA has filed a SENATE ETHICS COMPLAINT against Sen. Elissa Slotkin after she publicly called for deterring young Americans from working in the Trump administration.
Slotkin said she wanted prospective staffers to fear they could be “buying myself a ton of problems” by taking a job and made clear: “I want that deterrence message sent.”
CASA is calling on the Senate Ethics Committee to investigate whether those remarks crossed the line from political criticism into INTIMIDATION of Americans seeking public service.

🚨NEW: CASA FOIA records, shared exclusively with the @DailyCaller, show the Biden HHS SCRAMBLING to house migrant children during the 2021 border surge.
In a frantic last minute email to their contractor, Biden officials asked if COVID space could be quickly increased and demanded an immediate reply.
The Pomona, CA site held up to 2,500 children at a time. The HHS Inspector General later found most emergency sites it inspected, including Pomona, did not follow federal COVID testing guidance.
“The Biden HHS was woefully unprepared for the unaccompanied migrant children crisis that they created.” says CASA Director James Fitzpatrick
The American people deserve answers.

The Department of Labor has announced it is suspending Microsoft from the Permanent Labor Certification Program.
In November 2025, CASA called on DHS to review Microsoft's federal contracts over national security concerns involving Lisa Monaco, the former Biden Deputy Attorney General tied to Arctic Frost.
CASA was demanding greater scrutiny of Microsoft nearly a year ago. It's good to see federal officials taking action.
.@Sonderling47: "I am hereby suspending from the Permanent Labor Certification Program some of the largest IT outsourcing firms in the world — Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL, and Capgemini — and also, due to multiple active federal investigations, @USDOL is suspending Microsoft and Adobe from the program."

Some military chaplain corps personnel believed that Biden administration mandates on preferred pronouns, restroom access and other gender identity policies raised "significant religious liberty concerns" for American troops, according to an internal Pentagon memo shared exclusively with The Washington Times. trib.al/KHJLlvs
🚨NEW: CASA obtained an internal Pentagon memo revealing serious religious liberty concerns inside Army Special Operations Command over Biden-era gender identity policies.
Unit Ministry Teams warned that troops could be forced to choose between their faith and complying with preferred pronoun policies, while also raising concerns about religious accommodations and restroom access.
Religious liberty DOES NOT end when you put on the uniform.

CASA has filed TWO bar complaints against Jack Smith over his conduct.
The first was filed in October 2025, followed by a supplemental complaint as more and more information came to light.
Senator Hagerty is right to demand accountability.
I filed a bar complaint against Jack Smith this morning. He’s a blatantly partisan actor and his prosecutorial misconduct damaged our constitutional order. He should never be able to practice law again.
Read the complaint here. Next up, @Verizon.
Back in March, CASA filed bar complaints against J.P. Cooney over his role in Arctic Frost and the effort to obtain phone records belonging to members of Congress.
Now we learn Cooney previously wrote that he was “an advocate for repealing” the very constitutional protection his work would later run up against.
These constitutional protections exist for a reason and should not be removed to TARGET opponents.
EXCLUSIVE: Jack Smith’s former principal deputy wanted to repeal a constitutional protection for lawmakers.
“i’m an advocate for repealing the clause,” J.P. Cooney wrote on Jan. 5, 2021, according to Senate investigators, according to @ChuckGrassley's latest document release.
Members of Congress weren’t enough. Apparently White House officials, nearly 50 journalists, and everyday Americans needed to get swept up too.
Every new Jack Smith revelation somehow makes the last one look tame.
CASA filed a bar complaint against Smith back in October 2025 and another in March 2026 over his conduct.
Turns out we may need to keep adding pages.
NEW: Fox News Digital has learned that records obtained by Jack Smith's investigators included communications between nearly 50 journalists and Trump administration officials after prosecutors subpoenaed text-message records associated with dozens of White House phones.
The disclosures come ahead of Tuesday's Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.

🎙️LISTEN: Our @SecureUSA Director joined Dave Allen in Syracuse this morning to discuss President Trump’s speech at the UN and the national security issues facing the United States!
Back in October 2025, CASA filed a bar complaint calling for an investigation into Jack Smith’s conduct, including his team obtaining phone records of members of Congress.
Now we’re learning an agent who helped obtain those records says prosecutors never even told him they belonged to Jim Jordan.
CASA demanded a FULL investigation then. We’re still demanding one now.
🚨BREAKING: A former DOJ Inspector General special agent told the House Judiciary Committee that he was unaware the phone records he helped obtain through a grand jury subpoena belonged to then-House Judiciary Committee ranking member Jim Jordan.
Brian Burnett said prosecutors did not tell him the subscriber’s identity and that he only learned years later that the records were reportedly Jordan’s. Burnett also testified that his supervisor previously blocked an effort to seize Rep. Scott Perry’s phone, citing legal concerns.
This is EXACTLY why CASA filed a judicial complaint against Judge Christopher Cooper back in June.
His wife currently represents Joe Biden in litigation against the Trump Administration and has represented other prominent Trump opponents. Yet Cooper continues presiding over litigation involving President Trump and the Kennedy Center.
At minimum, the appearance of a conflict cannot simply be ignored.
Regardless of what one thinks about the renaming of the Kennedy Center— Judge Chris Cooper should be nowhere near any case related to Trump. His wife, Amy Jeffress, is a longtime lawfare booster who recently represented Joe Biden in the fight to keep his audio recordings with his ghostwriter out of the hands of Congress.
Former AG Merrick Garland married Cooper and Jeffress…who also represented Lisa Page. She’s former counselor to Eric Holder.
But no rules or ethics inside the rogue DC federal courthouse 🤷♀️

HSI Detroit arrested Raad Alanbagi after an investigation revealed alleged ties to high-ranking Iraqi intelligence officials under Saddam Hussein.
This is exactly why thorough vetting is critical to our national security.
.@HSIDetroit gets results.
HSI special agents arrested Raad Alanbagi after an HSI-led investigation uncovered information tying him to prior service as a high-ranking Iraqi intelligence officer during the Saddam Hussein era.
HSI continues to safeguard our communities and national security.
25 years later, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001.
We honor the victims, the heroes, and the families whose lives were forever changed 🇺🇸
Political agendas have a way of creeping into government agencies until they begin competing with the agency’s actual mission.
At the Pentagon, the consequences are far more serious. Military readiness and national security cannot be treated as just another priority, they ARE the priority.
Every decision inside the Pentagon should be measured against one standard: does this make America SAFER and our military STRONGER.
