$200 whole genome announced by @illumina. Machines cost $1.25m and can do 20k per year. However, What’s always struck me is how they stay ahead by solving the ‘whole problem’. not just throughout/cost but also eliminating need for refrigerating reagents, 1 box instead of 3. #IGF
